Getting your car fixed is never fun, but Rob and the rest of the team at A+ made the process as easy and painless as possible. I went in for a check engine light. The mechanics identified the problem and also did a check on the rest of my vehicle. They replaced the offending part and completed some much needed maintenance to my often-neglected car. Rob stayed in constant contact and ran each fix by me before completing the work so there were no surprises when I got the (very reasonable) bill. And the icing on the cake, my car was returned to me freshly washed. Thanks A+!

Rob and his team at A+ Japanese are extremely friendly, professional and they offer quality repairs at a fraction of dealer prices. They are honest and I never felt as though they were trying to up sell me, on anything, just to turn a profit. When my car needed to be kept over night, they gave me a rental car at no added cost. I am extremely satisfied with my experience at A+ and I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality repairs, friendly service, economical prices and convenience.

Went in for a routine service. The able technician at A+ Japanese Auto Repair discovered a gouge in one of my tires, extremely dirty air filters (particularly the one for cleaning the cabin air), and spotted the fact that my cloudy headlights needed buffing on my first-generation Prius. All services were performed to the highest standard.Moreover, when I was setting up my appointment, my car was blocking another vehicle in the parking lot and Eric graciously moved it.Thank you, A+!

Brought my truck in for an oil change and had A+ check my tire balancing/alignment. Ever since I got my truck lifted, the steering wheel vibrated and truck pulled to the right. The last shop couldn't figure out what the problem was but A+ took care of it. Gary was really helpful and honest. A+ even washed my truck and put armorall on my tires. Thanks guys!

I have been a regular customer for quite a few years and I have never been disappointed by the efforts of all concerned to make car care so easy and affordable. I have recommened A+ to all of my friends and family. I want to share a quote that Rob said to me recently that sums up the experience of A+. I was unable to pick up my car when I said I would and I told Rob that I was very sorry and could he please keep it overnight. His response, " Please don't apologize, WE work for YOU!" That seems to be the general attitude from everyone at A+ (of course Rob has always made me feel special, and I have never felt like I was just one more car among many.)Do yourself and your car a favor and make A+ your "go-to" for car care!

Love this place. Our '02 Accord has been driven all over the U.S., and definitely become part of the family. We started coming here just as it hit over 200k miles (about 1 year ago.) We currently have 1 income right now and 1 vehicle, so we are definitely extra frugal, skeptical, and careful with our mode of transportation.We have previously called to get quotes for the same exact labor and parts from nearby places and they were always comparable. We've never felt slighted, and still wholeheartedly trust this company with our Honda. Gary, Rob, and Justin are the customer service people. We've had to deal with all three of them and they really are great at customer service. They're all sincere, provide photos that they email as proof, and never make us feel dumb. In fact, we never feel intimidated coming here. Visit # 1 (Do the initial inspection with Rob if you choose to do one.)Our first visit was for an oil change (which if you don't want the full inspection, it's only like $35). We decided to get the $100+ full inspection to see our options (cost to keep up v. getting a new one) and so glad we did. Besides a leaky oil pan, our car has never had any issues, which is why we decided long ago to keep it and expected to start seeing some upkeep costs.The inspection review itself is definitely stressful. There were 4 or 5 pages of $$$ repairs (necessary and preventative). Rob went through each of them with us, answered all of our questions, gave us his real opinion, and truly let us make the final decisions. Our car is over 10 years old, so of course, we weren't shocked at the recommendations, but the sticker shock for the cost to repair will never change. After dealing with the necessary repairs, (rusted rotors and suspension issue), Rob helped us prioritize every single future repair from most important to least. We left our visit with clear estimates and a safer, reliable Honda.After 1 year:We're checking the other repairs off the list as our budget allows. They're never raised the quotes. We do our own research and get second quotes when we want to double-check. But we've never decided to go anywhere else since the initial inspection.Other Benefits--Free pick and drop off to our house, drivers are always friendly--Free car rental if they take longer than than day (new I think).--Always clean and inviting front room--AAA Member discountTips: -- Know exactly what you want. (I call when we need an oil change, and I've never been upsold or asked if I'm ready to do any of the extra repairs). --Schedule early, there are so many positive reviews on here for a reason, (they've gone from 4 bays to 10 bays I think, but they constantly have over 20 cars in the line-up, at least that's how many post-its I count in the front room).--Ask them about specific services. We were going to travel and just wanted them to make sure everything was in working order. They were able to squeeze us in for a quick engine check. Con: My only con is somehow never gotten a car wash benefit, haha but it's not that big of a deal.

When it comes to the service and repair on your Honda accord our mechanics are the best on the peninsula as far as we are concerned... However, they are not expert car washers ;) and it sounds like we owe you a detail.
