San Carlos Auto Repair

I was referred to Justin at A+ Japanese Auto Repair to look at the A/C on my car. Justin was very attentive and professional in reviewing our maintenance needs and additional recommendations. There was never any pressure for any unwanted maintenance or repairs outside of what we brought our car in for, however the thoughtfulness and explanations provided persuaded me to accept many of the recommendation. The quality and service delivered exceeded expectations and everyone had a smile when we picked up our keys. Thank you Justin! You are our repair shop of choice!

Justin Mills went above and beyond my expectations. I have always been skeptical with anyone touching my Landcruiser other than me and I found myself without much time to do a major overhaul service such as the timing belt and coolant system. A+ Japanese Auto Repair was a top-notch, professional outfit that re-instilled confidence and did a superb job!

I have never had anyone say the words, "I will match your price" and actually do it without adding to your bill other things you "need". Thank you A+! You not only matched my price but you accommodated my schedule. Getting me the same tires the vehicle was purchased with and completing the work in a half days time! Justin is great to deal with - he did his best to make an unexpected major repair job less stressful. He has treated us the same way when we have gone in for minor service as well.

How did I forget to post this draft?!?! Anyways if your not taking your car here your not getting the best service! Talk to my man justin and make sure you get the deal from yelp. They do more than fix your car they let you know what they're doing step by step. As a man that works on his own car most the time, sometimes life gets in the way and you don't have any more of that "time" to spend on your car so "I" take my car here! They do stellar work and the price is right. (Every shop needs to make money) but they checked my suspension for free anyways. Just sayin!

Amazing, thoughtful customer service. Will definitely use this shop again!
