This was my first time using A+ and boy did they quickly enable me to be a fan of their shop... Rob took my call and was easy and pleasant to deal with... Same was true when I arrived to drop off the Camry for diagnosis and repair. The Check Engine light and VSA light came on together but I couldn't figure out why... Rob diagnosed it and turned out to be the evac purge solenoid for the gas tank (never would have figured that out without a diagnostic). Excellent work, fast turn-around, and very friendly and courteous staff. Price is the only gotcha... A little expensive for the area.

Great service. I brought in a 97 Civic Ex and they were able to fix all symptoms quickly and efficiently. Good service although a little pricey. However, their 25 month warranty makes it worth it in the end. Great people! Great place if you own a Japanese vehicle. They know their stuff

I don't provide endorsements; but this is an earned exception: My wife had the oil changed at Oil Changers (last time, for sure). An hour later, while at the airport, the car sputtered and failed. A night traffic mess. Rob Lucas at A+ diagnosed the problem (hose not reconnected); fixed it; insisted on a test drive; and would not take a penny! Won my business. Go there.

Fantastic service. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Our Nissan started idling poorly after a quick lube oil change. We took it in and rob immediately diagnosed a problem. He fixed a disconnected air intake hose in 5 minutes, drove around with us to be sure the problem was fixed, and then refused to take any money for the fix. We also asked him about our other car and he gave terrific advice. It is hard to find helpful, nice, and fair mechanics. This group is certainly a find! A+ is not just a name; it fully fits their service.

My husband and I are "car people." While we don't race, we kinda wish we did, and we own at least one very race-able Evo X that occasionally needs to be babied. Then there are the family haulers we still own and service because we have to. A+ handles them all with expert knowledge and way-above-average customer service. For folks worried about estimates and overcharging (per some snarky critics below, who appear to be in the minority), let me say this. We've had only positive experiences with A+. Straight-up disclosure about problem areas, photos with the email explaining "what's needed," and "as promised" bills that squared 100% with the estimates provided. We've dealt mostly with Gary Faules, and he's a delight. A car guy's car guy who treats women customers beautifully too. Never patronizing, he's a real gentleman. For automotive enthusiasts, fyi, Gary has some serious cred in North American racing circles which helps to pass the time if you're waiting for your car. It's fun talking with him about car technology, racing and the "community" of car people he's been a part of for years. (Full disclosure, I work in auto tech, so maybe this is more fun for me than other Yelpers). A+ has a skilled crew, and will treat you right. They drive us home when needed. Today they filled the tires on my family hauler because - while moving it out front - they noticed the tire pressure light was on. No charge. :) We stick with what works. A+ works. Big time.
