Rob was fantastic to work with. My Honda Civic hybrid battery was acting up so Rob and team handled everything soup to nuts. This involved:- talking to the Honda dealer,- taking my car to the Honda dealer - ensured the dealer replaced the hybrid battery covered under warranty- picked my car up from dealer so I could avoid interacting with the dealer- and icing on the cake is they put gas in my car which I neglected to fill up prior to dropping off with themExcellent experience - highly recommend Rob and Team.

The people at A+ are as amazing as the quality of their work. For example, while dealers might quote a price for a brake renew, and then explain why the final cozt needed to be higher, A+ demomnstrates exceptional integrity. Rob promised to take my car in early if I could drop it off the night before, but he declined my request for a quote because, "we don't know what your car actually needs". He called 5 minutes after they opened on the day of my appointment expressing concern that my car wasn't there - I was en route. When I arrived their office was busy, yet they very efficiently processed my paperwork and arranged for a ride to my office. When he called to tell me the assessment and actual cost (very reasonable, followed by a set of very crisp photos of the brakes and what needed to be done sent to my email)), he apologized for being a few minutes late in calling me - really, only a few minutes! When I picked up my car at night via the drop-off box, it was clean, ready and feels great. That's example of how every interaction with A+ has been for years; professional, respectful, honest, friendly with exceptionall quality work. Our entire family goes here; think of Nordstron's for service, WalMart for efficiency and Samsung for innovation, and you'll really appreciate this team of pros. Truly 5 stars!

A truely honest, caring busines!! I needed my tire fixed (which another business said wasn't possible) and they did everything they could to help me out. He explained step by step what he was going to do and was more than friendly the whole time! It was quick and efficient.

I don't normally have an opinion on anything auto-related, BUT...I do appreciate great customer service. I called Justin Mills at the last minute, as I was waaayyy overdue for an oil change. He took me in right away, despite it being right before a busy holiday weekend. This will definitely be my go-to place in the future!

Start to finish I had a great experience. The technician was super communicative, and thoroughly answered every question I had. They were also really great about using toyota certified parts and high quality oil etc. In addition they were able to help my co-worker out of a bind when her battery died at the end of day on a Friday! 5+ stars to these guys.

We took our Skyactiv Mazda 3 in for a 30,000-mile service after getting a quote of $500 from the dealership (um, no thank you.) - we were told that we'd start with a minor service for $145 plus the cost of synthetic oil, and that we'd go from there. Brought the car in around 8am, and around 3pm got a call from Steve saying "I'm so sorry to tell you that there's NOTHING wrong with your car!" Haha. :-) So, Ramon came to pick me up to get the car, and we had a hilarious car ride (complete with great conversation) back to the shop to get our car back. Totally easy experience, and we'll definitely be back! Thanks, guys!
