Kory, the Service Manager, took the utmost care in scheduling my car for an appointment yesterday morning despite that I wasn't on the service docket (I thought I was)! And, I didn't think to check my phone and saw later in the afternoon that he'd called twice to tell me that my car was ready to be picked up. He had to scramble at 4:30 PM to get one of his drivers to collect me. I am sorry that I put him through this unnecessary exercise. Thanks to Kory and the wonderful team at A+ Japanese Auto! They are THE BEST!

I needed an urgent repair. Despite the fact that everybody else seemed to descend upon A+ on July 3rd, the service manager (Rob) did everything he could possibly do - and then some - to accommodate me and had the car fixed and ready to go the day after July 4th. Great job, guys! And thanks!

Very well run auto shop business. The staff was so knowledgeable and very helpful. I brought a Camry in before I bought it and A+ gave me professional service and an education on my new car! I plan to go to A+ for all my repairs and maintenance.

Great customer service and rapport. Everyone seems like they have built cars as a hobby and they inform the customer with as little or as much knowledgeable professional technical details as the customer can handle.

I truly enjoy the customer service provided at A+. It truly is A+. I feel like it's pretty rare to be treated as though I were buying some luxury item, instead of taking my car in for an oil change. It is 100% memorable experience.....for the positive!!!!

Went to A+ Auto with two torn cv boots on my 2006 Outback. While it was in I had the rest of the car checked out. They found two oil leaks, took care of a timing belt change and serviced the front brakes. Excellent customer service. Their service advisor Justin was great with making me feel confident that the repairs and servicing would be done the right way. The car is running like new again.
