Kory, the Service Manager, took the utmost care in scheduling my car for an appointment yesterday morning despite that I wasn't on the service docket (I thought I was)! And, I didn't think to check my phone and saw later in the afternoon that he'd called twice to tell me that my car was ready to be picked up. He had to scramble at 4:30 PM to get one of his drivers to collect me. I am sorry that I put him through this unnecessary exercise. Thanks to Kory and the wonderful team at A+ Japanese Auto! They are THE BEST!
