Eric and his team took good care of my car and did it within the timeframe I needed - from making sure the protective covers were over the seats and arm rest, to the oil change and other road-ready testing, to the final touch of washing down the exterior, which was a welcome surprise. These gentlemen really know what they are talking about. No BS. As an Engineer, I really appreciate the thoroughness of their diagnosis and recommendation process. Everything is documented, recommendations are made, multiple contacts are made if necessary, and in the end, a perfect result.

All of the important aspects of service went well. The communications, repair work, and responsiveness were spot on. The place where things fell down was in the 3rd party follow through. Enterprise was unable to deliver a car and the car was supposed to be washed. Neither happened. It was a bit of a sour note at the end of an otherwise good experience.

My 2002 Insight, manual transmission, started making nasty noises as I got home in the East Bay on a Friday. I took it to my local dealer, and 2 days later they quoted big bucks just to diagnose thoroughly. So: I called Rob at A+ and had a nice flatbed tow from AAA. The diagnosis quote was 40% of the dealer quote, and when we detemined the tranny was trash, Rob found a good used unit at a good price. he sent me photos and diagnosis of other issues that were spotted along the way, items the dealer didnt' even look for, and now my car is GREAT! 110% recommend!

This small store is not only knowledgeable, but it also has an amazing customer service. They are reliable, honest, detailed and clearly explained what needs to be done. They called me when they said they would and even delivered the car to my house as I had no means to come and pick it up and needed it to run errands. My husband has been going to service his MDX there for a while and they have now earned my business as well for my Odyssey. I highly recommend it!

I walked into A+ on a friday afternoon on the recommendation of a friend. To my surprise, they took my BMW first thing the following Monday morning, and serviced the car for less then half of what BMW quoted me.
