Very thorough service; they even sent pictures of the problem areas to my email. They had the work done, in time, knowing I was driving 850 miles for a family reunion. I am impressed and relieved my car is in good shape for the trip. I would certainly recommend them. Friendly and courteous service as well.

For the past 3 years I have been searching for a reliable, trustworthy, experienced auto repair shop to help me maintain my 03 Honda CRV. So glad I found A+ Japanese on Yelp. They are extremely organized, knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service.

A+Japanese Auto Repair has serviced my two Nissan 300 ZX and 350Z since purchase. Rob and the other mechanics are true pros. They are efficient, honest, and reliable. I have never had a complaint about their work since they do such thorough and careful work. I can recommend them without hesitation, and do.

They are knowledgeable, friendly, and timely. One of the best mechanics I've ever been to. Eric is a great owner, really knows what he's talking about and walks you through every step of the job. I even had some paint scratches near my front wheel (which were caused by me), and they saw it, emailed me pictures of it, and even buffed it out for me. All without me even asking about it. Took great care of my wife's car too. Great service, great shop, I highly recommend it!!

Incredible service! I was on a roadtrip and had car problems 2 days before my return date. I brought the car on Saturday afternoon and it was ready be the end of the day. I appreciated the time that was taken to explain the issue to me. Very professional service. Eric and Rob run a great shop. I took in my 2003 Mazda 6 after having driven cross-country (2500 mi) only to have the car die at the very end. Turns out there was some tiny part on the intake manifold that was cracked and they fixed it right up and now it runs great. We also thought the clutch was blown, but they looked at it, and we're honest about it and said it was fine. I'll definitely be bringing my car back here (well, hopefully not too often!).

What can I say? We found you guys years ago and we keep coming with our two Toyotas. You're great.
