They recently fired the guy that was responsible for my rental car bill.Service since has been professional and timely. I keep bringing my car here, so perhaps that's the best review?
The high bit: free rental car from them cost me $400.In general, their work seems good, though almost all visits have come to more than $500. My complaint is more with their ethics.My car was here for 20+ days. Partly it was the insurance co's fault, partly b/c A plus went slowly. In any case, when I came in they stated they would give me a rental to use, so I wasn't very pushy about the delay. It turns out they gave me the car "free" since they were assuming the insurance was going to pay for the rental. The insurance co didn't. They then called and said I had to pay $400 for the car but they would graciously pay for $200. They were surprised I was expecting them to pick up the entire bill.I've had other issues where they state something that changes later, especially about when a job will be finished.If you go here, get them to be very clear and explicit about anything involving time or money.
