Rob, Jim, and the crew are great! When I was stranded with a disabled car, they made an effort to get me out of my situation with some advice over the phone. We eventually had to tow the car anyway, and once they got it, they diagnosed the problem and got it handled quickly. The most impressive part is that they stayed in constant contact, letting me know the status and what they were doing. Having spent over 40 years in the car business, I feel qualified to recommend A+ as your go-to auto repair shop, and not just for Japanese cars. Mine is American made!

I had a rare and unusual problem with the steering column on my Lexus. A+ worked through the complications and completed the job in a very professional manner with little inconvenience to me. They will be my first choice for future auto service.

I like these guys a lot. 1st, they're transparent. For example, they take digital pictures of everything that needs work to show you. I could see that my brake pads weren't going to make it to the next service, so I took their recommendation and had them replace the pads. 2nd, I checked their prices. These guys are very reasonably priced. And, 3rd they do good work. My car really seems to run better, quieter, smoother. Much better than after the Toyota dealership service I used after the last service. I will definitely go back.

I'm impressed with these guys. I'd definitely go back. They were incredibly transparent. For example, they took digital photos of all the work that needed to be done. We went over them by phone, and I could see, for example, that the brake pads were not going to last until the next service, and so I took their recommendation that they be replaced. The work was well done. My car ran much smoother and quieter than before. It was much better than the 90,000 mile checkup Toyota dealership's work a couple exits down. My car rattled and the engine made unusual noises about a week after the Toyota dealer's work. I figured being the dealership, they knew what they were doing, and these were all just the usual behaviors of a car with ~100,000 miles on it. Well, I was wrong. A+ Japanese fixed my car and it feels like it used to at 50,000 miles.

Thanks for taking such good care of my commute car. I put a lot of miles on his vehicle working throughout Calif. I need dependability and reliability when I am traveling. I trust A+ Japanese to keepmy car running and handling properly.

A+ has been doing all the oil changes on my Altima hybrid, and has been doing them since after the first one (which was done by the dealer). It is always easy to schedule the appointment, and thanks to online appointments, even easier. Checkin and pickup are a breeze and done with good humor. I appreciate getting a ride after dropping off the car.
