I brought in a 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan with really odd headlight behavior. They quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary parts to be replaced. The FCM wasn't available in any of the Bay Area suppliers, so it had to be ordered. Due to the mix up in the shipping process there was a delay in continuing the repair. Although A+ wasn't at fault, they offered to arrange a rental car at no charge.I was well informed through the whole process, and I felt that I was very well taken care of. Rob took the time to explain the overall condition the car was in, and gave me recommendations on what to pay attention to in the near future.Thank you, A+!
