I brought my car in for brake work and to follow up on some other work that was recommended to be done last year. The work was completed, communication was excellent and the best part of the experience for me was the pick up and drop off by Casey, as I didn't have to wait and was able to get to work on time and out without missing valuable work time. Thank you.

From pick up to delivery A+ Auto Repair was great! Rob was informative & patient. He maintained contact with me throughout the day by phone & e-mail-even sent me pictures of parts needing repair. I am so happy with A+'s approach to solving the problem, they where the first shop I have been to out of 2 others that actually road along with me so I could point out the sound and reproduce it. Very pleased with the level of communication Rob provided from the moment I walked in the door he was great to acknowledge me and then keeping me informed as the worked on my car. The best part is after taking my car to 2 other shops A+ not only figured out the problem but fixed it. I appreciate there meticulous work ethic. Very happy.

Check engine light came on. They diagnosed quickly, solved problem, got us back on road.

I was pleased with the service and the attention paid to the maintenance that I had done so there wasn't any duplication of cost to me. I like the concept of e-mailing pictures to discuss what may or may not need to be done at this visit. Excellent service. I also learned that one of my sales associates at REI uses your services after we had the maintenance completed, and we picked up the car. He verified what our service experience was and that was excellent.
