I was looking for a new Toyota garage and A+ was very well reviewed on the Car Talk web site. I am extremely pleased with my first interaction. Everyone was very friendly and the entire process was transparent. I was taken through the work before it was done and again afterward, while my questions were answered clearly. Although they spent a bunch of time trying to turn off horn that sounds when the car is opened remotely, they were not successful and did not charge me. That's a tremendous investment in building a relationship and I intend to take my other Toyotas there as well.

Considering that I had just driven up with a problem, the staff as usual was cordial. I was kep informed of the issues with my car throughout the day. Knowing how critical my car was they worked late and in the end I was returned a better running vehicle.

So, I had an idea we would get good service when I spoke with Rob on the phone to set my appointment. I knew my wife was going to be handling the whole thing, so I surely hoped for a worry-free visit. Simply put, this is hands down the best service we've ever received regarding our car service. Not only are they an honest shop, they went above and beyond in their service, and without charging an extra dime. They even noticed one of our reverse lights was out while they were backing the car out of the garage. They replaced it quickly, and didn't charge us. My wife was so impressed, and that's all I needed to hear.

I scheduled an appointment a week in advancec. Brought my truck for a service and it was checked out completely. Received calls about the progress of the service and to notify me of something that was being recommended. No pressure to perform the work being recommended.

I am back to taking my car's reliability for granted, despite its having over 140 thousand miles on it and some recent larger maintenance needs! A+ knows my car, they care for it like it's their own mother's. They always inform me of what service may be necessary now and in the future so I can budget. They are friendly, honest and a GREAT local business to count on. I've been a loyal customer since the first week I arrived in California over 12 years ago when the parents owned the shop - the sons have made it even better!

As always, outstanding! A+ Japanese constantly demonstrates how business should be done. I may pay more for service, but I wouldn't ever consider taking my cars anywhere else. Further, if the guys at A+ say it should be done, and I can afford it at that moment, I have them do it. I have never been disappointed by their recommendations or service.
