I've been taking my car to A+ Japanese for a year or so for oil changes and have been meaning to post a great review for a while now. Last week I found out I had to have new brakes and two new tires and they were so awesome: the charges were fair, they picked me up, and they asked if I had to time to clean my car. When I said "no", they gave me a coupon for a free full wash at Ducky's. And my car was parked in some water, and then they moved it up for me (not at my request, at their own doing) so I didn't have to walk in the water. Plus, they gave me tips and tricks how to make my breaks last longer next time. Terrific place

Yet again yelp *steered* me in the right direction. I desperately needed my brakes checked out. Since I've never had my car worked on in the bay area I was in search of a reliable shop. Location, reputation and convenience were at the top of my list. I lucked out and got all three at A+. I called to make an appt and expected to wait at least a few days to get in. Nope, they got me in the next morning. I was even chauffeured to the train station so I could get to work on time. After a little TLC my rolla was good to go the same day. Shot out to Rob and Steve, thanks guys! I appreciate their honesty. It's comforting knowing that I can return for future repairs and rest assure that it will be well worth my time and money.

Plain and simple, until further notice A+ Japanese is my auto mechanic. The reason I feel that way is that I know I can trust the folks at A+ to always give me honest evaluations of the work that needs to be done, and then preform that work to the highest level of quality that I have ever experienced.

I love A+. They aren't the quicklube, that means they can catch potential problems before they catch you on the road.....

A+ is always extremely professional. Excellent records management system allows staff to keep detailed notes about vehicle repair maintenance history. Staff always takes time to explain service approach in non-mechanics terms. Staff always calls with detailed estimate before beginning work. I remain a very satisfied customer.
