Service was extremely personable and friendly. Easy to schedule an appointment and greeted warmly when dropping off the car. Staff displayed special knowledge of hybrid engine when working on our Prius. Clearly explained all work performed and provided digital photos of before/after status. After picking up car, an unforeseen issue arose within 2 blocks of the shop - upon return, staff immediately set about correcting issue (which was not caused by their work) and stayed beyond normal business hours to address the issue. No problems since then. Staff had a great attitude and did not condescend to a clueless customer. Staff was very honest about which work needed to be done, and other work that was not urgent/necessary. Highly impressive!

I have been bringing in my Prius for service. The 30K service was excellent. They turned it around in 6 hours, and picked me up from the train station, so I could pick up my car. Excellent service!

I called to make an appt. to have my brakes checked. They got me in the next morning. They drove me to the train station so I could get to work. My car was ready by the end of that same day. Honest, efficient and friendly service. I'm very satisfied. Job well done.
