I was looking for a new Toyota garage and A+ was very well reviewed on the Car Talk web site. I am extremely pleased with my first interaction. Everyone was very friendly and the entire process was transparent. I was taken through the work before it was done and again afterward, while my questions were answered clearly. Although they spent a bunch of time trying to turn off horn that sounds when the car is opened remotely, they were not successful and did not charge me. That's a tremendous investment in building a relationship and I intend to take my other Toyotas there as well.

I know why you call your business A+. From the people that work there to the work performed on my car...amazing. You kept me well informed of what needed to be done and I thank you for having my car ready when you said it would be done. There was one unexpected surprise. 90k mi service for my Acura was very good. Car also needed rear brakes which they called out and they gave me a list of other things needed. Some I had taken care of, some I chose to put off. They also let me know that the 105k will be expensive and why so I can plan for it. Good communication really helps
