A+ always gives great consistent service. Always willing to accommodate by offering rides to/from the train station & offering the-night-before drop off's.

I highly recomend A+ Japanese Auto Repair. In fact I have sent several people there for service and they were impressed with the service they got from the A+ team.

I am back to taking my car's reliability for granted, despite its having over 140 thousand miles on it and some recent larger maintenance needs! A+ knows my car, they care for it like it's their own mother's. They always inform me of what service may be necessary now and in the future so I can budget. They are friendly, honest and a GREAT local business to count on. I've been a loyal customer since the first week I arrived in California over 12 years ago when the parents owned the shop - the sons have made it even better!

I showed up with no appointment and was taken care of, as usual, like I am the only costumer. The diagnosis was quick and the explanation clear. A+ is the only place I'll be taking my car.

Great! Just Great. It took me a while to find A+. I'm happy to have found A+ and I don't plan on finding another mechanic. I would like to add that in dire situations, and in the economic situation we are in, only necessary work be done and talked about. For example if a flush can wait then let it wait. Only services that are necessary should be done, so cost can be minimized as much as possible. Otherwise the work and people are great and the warranty helps me sleep easier about the work. You can't go wrong with A+. To repeat I am sure; I give A+ an A+
