A+Japanese auto repair shop is good place for your car repair because they have an excellent customer service and they have professional mechanics to repair your car last month they do excellent job for my 2007 Nissan versa hatchback s because i changed the sway bar link and inner and outer tie rod the owner of the shop Jason is good he explained all the details about my car and he allowed me to bring my own parts and he said it takes 1 day and he did it what he said to me Thanks A+Japanese auto for Your service on My 2007 Nissan versa hatchback s because this car is my bestfriend 😄

Their service and quality are great. Jason is awesome, always takes time to explain what needs to be done, what is recommended and reasons. I’ll definitely go back again.

I highly recommend Japanese Auto Repair to anyone who needs work on their car. The team is incredibly professional, the cost is fair and the communication with the car owner is the best I have seen anywhere. Whenever I called, everyone was very helpful, professional and responsive. In particular, I want to commend Justin at Japanese Auto repair who went above and beyond to help me out - I had to have the battery on the car replaced and I was trying to make arrangements to get the car transported back to NJ but had numerous issues with the carrier. Justin was kind enough to let me keep my car on the premises until the car could be collected. A huge “thank you” to Justin and everyone at Japanese Auto Repair inc!

I've owned something like 28 cars in 30 something (mumble mumble) years. In all that time, I have never experienced service like this. Justin Mills and A+ Japanese Auto Repair are in a league of their own. Constant communication - clear explanations - battled insurance for me - quick repairs. Seriously, never experienced anything like this. Especially because I took it to a Subaru dealer first and they quoted $1000+ to fix the wrong thing . AND Subaru was confident that insurance wouldn't touch it. They were wrong again. As a teacher, an "A+" really means something, and this place gets the "A+" for sure.

Hey so I dropped off my car to these guys during the COVID-19 pandemic my engine light was blinking so I knew I had to get it fixed right away. A friend of mine referred me to these guys right away they were updating me sending me emails with detailed information about my spark plugs being shot out. The email really broke it down nicely outlining everything they were doing. They even said they had some more suggested recommendations they could do on the car but they let me know about that in advance and said not to worry about that at this time for the matter has been fixed and they recommended I drive my car 500 miles and if the engine light doesn’t come back on then those other recommendations don’t need to be needed at this time. The thing that my friend said when he referred me was these guys fixed a simple transmission problem while another shop was trying to replace the whole entire transmission therefore he saved $2800 and we all know how much money talks so that’s what struck out to me. I’ve only driven 100 miles so far my car is running nicely and these guys for nothing but courteous and friendly over the phone and they even dropped off my car to my place! Yes I recommend these guys!
