I was very happy with my experience with A+. The customer service is exceptional, and it was clear that they pride themselves on being honest and reputable. It was easily the best experience with an auto repair shop I have ever had, and I wholeheartedly recommend A+ for anyone in need of a great mechanic. Thank you!

My daughter's car needed to be fixed. Jason was so awesome with helping and keeping me updated, I felt relaxed that we where not being taken advantage of. They take pictures, send emails and communicate so very well. Please go here they are awesome and work well with their customers.

amazing service with a smile. Super sanitary during covid. found the actual issue that the dealership could not and fixed it for 1/6th of the dealerships estimate.

I’ve been here several times because they are fair, professional, organized, and the customer service is unmatched!

2 stars for recommending many, many services that were not required. Was given a report recommending about 8 separate repair items. I turned down the services and took the vehicle to 2 other mechanics, including the Toyota dealership. Both of the other mechanics said none of A+ Japanese autos suggestions were needed and that all of those items would be normally scheduled at the next factory recommended service interval that is still more than 15k miles away. On top of that, the dealership is actually cheaper for the same services A+ Japanese auto quoted. I’m not impressed with A+ Japanese auto and this is the second time I’ve gotten an oil change there and left feeling like my car is falling apart and in dire need of expensive, crazy number of repairs. Nice try guys, but I’ll go to the dealership with those prices and will stick to the factory recommendations.

This auto repair shop is definitely an A+. Excellent service and all the service advisors are very helpful, friendly and very accommodating. This time Naeem helped me with my car problem. He is absolutely a wonderful person to work with. I highly recommend this auto repair shop.

Jason and Justin are awesome they are so professional and go above and beyond to explain any issues or potential issues. They treat your vehicle as if it were they’re own prized possession. They even help you find solutions if your on a budget. I can express enough gratitude for finding these guys and there shop.
