I took my car to Japanese A+ for the first time and found everyone there to be friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.The A team did a awesome job taking care of my car, which sounds and drives like new. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Three cars and at least 15 years later this is still the best consumer experience I could hope for. I now have recommended my best friend and my sister. They are great communicators, are super service oriented, and best of all, really competent mechanics that do the thing right the first time.

Justin is great. The whole shop is fantastic. Eric and Adam did a great job hiring their employees.

The whole team is incredible! As a new customer they got me in and out and were genuine from the moment I brought my car in to the moment I left. They really care about what they do and satisfying their customers which is so important in the car industry. My issue was addressed and a thorough explanation of what had happened with my car was relayed in a timely manner. I highly recommend them to help you with your needs! I will be coming back.

Considering I was looking all over the place frantically for an auto repair shop I went to one in South San Francisco and she said I'm better off taking it to the dealer to get my repairs done because it wasn't worth it for them to fix my car. So I googled auto repairs they and this shop came up and it was amazing it was a god-send. I spoke to Justin he sounded very honest and gentle kind of like a gentle giant he assured me my car will be fixed and I have nothing to worry about that's the first time I really believed an auto repair shop and I will always go there if I ever need repairs I highly recommend them good quality work and I got my car in a timely manner I was really impressed.

I've got my car back and so far, it's running great! I'm the returning customer who can't explain the problem with my car, but there is a problem. Customer care is awesome! Details explained, updates etc. Yes, I originally took it to the dealer for repair estimates and that was a disappointment. I came here on a referral from a friend, glad I actually listened this time. Thank you Justin (and Miguel for the test drive and not making me feel foolish when I thought I heard a "noise" ) and the A+ team. I'd like to say, see you soon but... no, hopefully not. I have been going to A+ since 2005 and they have never disappointed me and they have only improved on their Service. I have worked with Justin from the beginning and he is always 100% in all aspects!! I have worked with a couple others as well and they have been great!! I have had my son, MIL, and friend take their cars there as well. I feel confident that the will be honest, detailed, and responsive. Acura RSX, Toyota Tacoma, VW GTI, Subaru, Honda Fit, Honda Civic, Prius, and now a Bolt!!! They ROCK!! I would highly recommend!!
