I have been going to A+ since 2005 and they have never disappointed me and they have only improved on their Service. I have worked with Justin from the beginning and he is always 100% in all aspects!! I have worked with a couple others as well and they have been great!! I have had my son, MIL, and friend take their cars there as well. I feel confident that the will be honest, detailed, and responsive. Acura RSX, Toyota Tacoma, VW GTI, Subaru, Honda Fit, Honda Civic, Prius, and now a Bolt!!! They ROCK!! I would highly recommend!!

One of the unnecessary repairs I had hoped to get done wound up costing over $2000. Justin was honest about that up front and left it up to me—I declined, of course. This kind of honesty and transparency is refreshing from an auto repair business at least in my experience. Plus, I love the efficiency—my paperwork was handled quickly, Justin got me a Lyft, and I was on my way. He called, as promised, when my car was done. So professional. Love A+ Japan Auto!

Called for a quote for some basic maintenance for my vehicle. Guy on the phone was very slick. Quoted me a higher price than dealership! In response to owner, the person on the phone gave a quote for a basic brakes+rotors replacement. Not many variables there -- it is not a complex brain surgery despite what you may personally may believe. Quote was woefully higher than other shops, even the dealer.
