I brought my car all the way from Berkeley to San Carlos I spoke to the people over the phone and they assured me that they will find the problem with my car. After I pay $985 my car is in the same state that it was in when I brought it in so it was an absolute waste of my money and they never found out what the problem was with my car. I was so hopeful that this shop would solve the issue but they didn't I was very disappointed .I had great customer service but they just did not provide me the service that I needed by fixing my car and charge me almost $1,000.
