Good experience. A+ Japanese Auto Repair took care of my Lexus RX300. I had the Fall Special, which includes an oil change and a thorough inspection of the vehicle. Justin, my service advisor, was very helpful and addressed all my questions and concerns. I received an inspection report that even included a picture of a problem area. Time is of the essence, so I was thrilled that drop off, pick up and payment were all simple and quick.

Justin is super nice! I would definitely come here again if I need service in the future.

I went to A+ Japanese Auto Repair based on a recommendation and I was utterly shocked how awesome they were to work with on getting my cars repaired. Jason is the service advisor I mainly dealt with but, I also spoke to a couple of other service advisors and all of them were extremely professional and easy to communicate with. These guys are quick to communicate, concise and provide clear information and easily help you understand what's going on with your vehicles. I remain immensely appreciative that they would communicate to me before I even thought about having to get in touch with them to find out what was going on. So many other automotive repair places are the opposite. I will for certain be taking my cars to A+ Japanese Auto Repair for all my future repair needs. They've easily got to be one of the best automotive repair shops in the bay if not the best. Highly recommended!

Very reliable and trustworthy shop. Excellent service!! Don’t take your car anywhere else. This place is dad approved (by my dad, who is very into taking care of our cars). Jason is the guy!!! Just took my car to him. He’s very smart, friendly, and experienced with Toyotas...diagnosed any problems before I leave for my road trip & took great care of my car.
