Naeem and his team provided amazing customer service. They dropped off a courtesy car at my work and the next day dropped off my repaired car and I didn’t have to visit the shop. Thank you Naeem and team for taking such good car of my 12 years old Prius and me. 😊

100 out of 5 stars!! Amazing experience!! I mostly worked with Jason and a bit with Justin. Both are extremely professional and really care about helping you make the best decision. Other shops want to make money off you, but these guys care about the customer! Absolutely coming back here and will recommend to anyone that needs services that they offer! Amazing job, can’t thank them enough!

A+ has a very detailed oriented staff that provide a thorough inspection of your vehicle before servicing. They noticed everything I already expected about my vehicle and included things I missed. I didn’t have to worry about getting a ride thanks to their courtesy vehicles and the work was completed sooner than expected. I’ll admit their shop is on the higher end of cost but this is also a case of getting what you pay for. This is the shop to take your car to if you value your car.

I’ve known Justin since his days at Boardwalk auto center. He’s always been honest and completely transparent. He’s very good at explaining things in layman’s terms that I appreciate. Thanks for taking care of us. Keith

This shop did an exceptional job on my vehicle today. Justin helped me this morning to perform a transmission fluid change. He was very professional and made me feel welcome. The service was done quickly, they told me the condition of the original fluid, when I should service it again for preventative maintenance, and the price for the service was very reasonable. Generally speaking I avoid taking my cars into a shop, in this case I'm very glad that I took the car in. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I had a real potentially disastrous problem with my Mazda CX-7. Living in the east bay, I had a difficult time finding a non-dealer Mazda specialist. Based on reading reviews of Bay Area Japanese auto repair shops, A+ Japanese Auto Repair had stellar reviews. I took a flying leap of faith that the 90 minute distance to get there for my repair was going to be worth the effort. It absolutely was! They were stellar with detailed communication from the initial consult through the mid point, and upon return to pick up the vehicle. In addition, the post repair follow up has been outstanding and beyond expectations for auto repair shop. I highly recommend A+ Japanese Auto Repair.

A+ has been upfront and honest about the work they perform or need to. I know much more than most about the state of my vehicle so I have confidence when I decline service for something. Without that, I know they can be expensive but they do great work and for me they know my car well and even own it themselves. Also they are very accommodating when something comes up that needs immediate attention. Great bunch of guys.
