Justin was great! Kept us up to date and worked with us on economical solutions.

My fiancee purchased a used car from a dealership in the Bay Area, and we had it written on the contract that we had 24 hours to get an inspection and return the car in case of issue. I immediately called Jason at A+ and explained my situation. He scooted us in first thing in the morning for a pre-purchase inspection (but post-purchase for us). Within a few hours it was done, and I received an incredibly comprehensive, yet easily digestible, vehicle inspection report. All aspects of the report were photographed and logged, above and beyond what we expected to see. Recommendations were made with honesty, and at no time did I feel like I was being "sold" something. Office staff were professional, yet personable. Really felt like they were all family after a few moments. Very enjoyable experience, and I will be bringing my business to them more often.

I have taken 2 of my cars to this place twice . They do a very good job . Their prices are reasonable. Their staffs are all very professional and super friendly . I’ve deat with Justin and he really took a good care of me .

Amazing service and great people, A+ without a doubt. Definitely nicest experience I ever had with repair shops. Always friendly staff, transparent operations and good prices. I was estimated a front break replacement when I brought the car in, it was ready next morning. They always go extra mile like cleaning your car and always listen to what I say: they tighten my mirror for free. Definitely will recomend to all my friends with japaneese cars, and will come visit them next time I need repairs.
