Robert at A+ Japanese Service was excellent.. kept me informed and helped to get my Lexus SUV back earlier than expected. We have used the with another vehicle and the service was top notch, thus when warranty was up at dealer ship and I needed service.. A+ was my first and only choice. Their inspections reveal what you need to do immediately and what you should do down the road… can’t say enough positive things about my experience… have a car that needs service

My family brought our cars here when we lived in the Bay, and after a few years living in another state, I moved back and brought my car in for a regular service. Justin remembered my family after all those years and took great care of the car. A few weeks later I kept hearing a rattle when I was driving, so I took the car in and they checked it out - even getting a mechanic to ride with me on the highway to make sure they were hearing the same sound. Turns out living in a snowy place makes your car rust and rattle! Everything was resolved quickly and with great communication. Justin also called a lyft for me when I had to leave my car for an extended service, just highlighting how great this place is and how well they take care of their customers. They always send a report of what they've found and discuss next steps and what they recommend verus what you can save until the next visit. I really appreciate the time Justin took with me and making sure my car was all set for safe driving. Thanks to the team at A+ Japanese Auto Repair!
