I felt very taken care of at this place when they were taking care of an issue with my clutch pedal sensor switches. They informed me of some other maintenance issues I had been neglecting, (which at first blush felt a little like an upsell) but at this point I'd rather have the peace of mind knowing it's done. Once the car is dropped off, they do offer a free ride back home (probably within reason). Once it was ready to pick up the transition went smoothly. Everyone I interacted with was very nice from start to finish. Do keep in mind the service intervals specific to your car (especially newer ones). Some of them vary wildly between makes and models, and sometimes shops don't always keep specific information on your car available.
