I originally heard of this shop through an old colleague and friend who is friends with the owner. I had some major service done on my G37. Naeem took care of me. I've worked with him a few times in the past. He's always professional and personable, great with communication, and always efficient. The customer service there is always excellent. Prices are very competitive. I live in SF and driving here is worth it when you know your vehicles will be taken care of. A++++

Must read. I am loyal to companies that go out of their way to be honest and accommodating. In return, I don't take advantage of this service and I go out of my way to shop at these places. Nordstrom, Amazon, Costco and A+ Japanese Auto Repair are all on par with this customer centric approach. Case in point: I've just become a customer at A+ Japanese Auto. The moment I walked in, Justin was very helpful and explained the service options for my 2010 Honda Odyssey. I had problems with my air conditioning. In the interest to keeping this short, Justin diagnosed the problem, researched if I had an extended warranty, and found that I have one. Unfortunately, I have to take my car to the dealer to take advantage of the warranty. A costly repair that's been avoided. And instead of A+ Japanese Auto making money, they took the "hit". Believe me, I'll be back to see Justin at A+ Japanese Auto who will continue to keep my business. Great job. I'll be back!

We got into what appeared to be a minor accident over the summer and brought our car into A+ Japanese Auto Repair, Inc., not knowing anything about them (they were local and close by). We were greeted by one of the nicest advisors that I have ever come across...Justin Mills. Justin worked with us in determining what the problems were with our car as well as assisted us in getting our insurance company what they needed in a timely manner. Justin's professionalism, friendly demeanor as well as his "customer first" attitude truly calmed our anxiety while we waited for resolution with our insurance company. In the end, everything worked out well due to Justin's direction and assistance. We now have a "go to" auto shop that we can truly trust...thanks Justin!

Was pretty pleased with the the service here. They gave my car a quick tuneup and recommended against some stuff I thought the car might need, even though it would have made them a little more money. Gotta appreciate that honesty.
