I reached out to A+ Japenese Auto Repair for a quote on a new engine. I’d never been there, but after calling a number of East Bay shops who didn’t do that work, I found them on the internet. Thankfully, Katie had me take a step back and offered a second opinion engine assessment before taking my request. The findings of my usual service provider could not be confirmed and it was determined that I didn’t need a new engine. They provided a very thorough summary of their findings so I could easily determine what was needed immediately vs what could wait. I was also provided a loaner car while my car was being serviced. I was so pleased with Katie’s A+++ customer service. She followed thru on all promised calls and kept me in the loop on everything. She made such a difference in my experience. I felt like I could trust them and that trust was backed up by a two-year warranty on the work that was needed. I will refer any friends with Japanese vehicles to use their services. They definitely earned the five-star rating!
