A+ Japanese Auto took a stressful situation and turned it into as pleasant of an experience as they could. Our van was over heating so we contacted A+, they sent someone to our house to take a look and pickup the vehicle from my wife’s workplace. Turned out to be a busted radiator and would take a few days to fix due to parts needed. We go to use our backup vehicle it won’t start! A+ to the rescue again, they sent someone to jump the vehicle but it wouldn’t hold a charge, the battery needed to be changed and A+ got it done. Days after the radiator was fixed Justin gave us a call just to check how things were going with the van, talk about above and beyond customer service!

I highly recommend A+ auto, as they provide quality repairs and have amazing customer service. I originally took my car to A+ auto in 2023, as it had not been inspected for a while and was having some issues. They did a really thorough inspection and walked me through each one of the issues the car had. Katie was very clear with me about what work couldn’t wait and what work I may want done at a future date, so this was very helpful when making my decision about what to fix immediately. After the repairs, the car ran great and the original issues I had were gone. Fast forward to 2024, that same car was unfortunately broken into with significant damage to the steering column and ignition. Katie and the team worked with my insurance company to get the car back into a safe, driving condition and helped me tremendously during what was a very stressful time. Katie went above and beyond during this process, keeping me updated every step of the way and advocating for repairs that would ultimately ensure the car was safe to drive. Needless to say, we will continue to take our family’s cars to A+. Thank you to A+ auto (and especially Katie!) for the quality work and great customer service you provide.

Brent was super helpful and offers great service. They fixed my back window and wiper with in just a few hours.

It was nice to be here, I run my car 🚗 within days driving 🚗 through work the yellow light signal from the air sensor was gone 👌 now my car 🚗 back to normal as usual.

Very satisfied with the repairs done to my car. Other repairs suggested .And I agreed because I find it very reasonable . A+Japanese Auto Repair, Inc...did the work without payment received from the insurance and from me.i got the car.Neither was I bothered by them for quite a long time. Of course I was concerned because I got the car without paying a penny. Rent a car was available with a special rate for their customers. Iam very happy I found them via Google. Thanks especially to Justin for all your patience and understanding. Kudos to all of you guys.No second thought for recommendations. Happy New Year!!!!!
