San Carlos Auto Repair

About a week ago my A/C started blowing hot air. I live in San Mateo so you can imagine how I felt. I remembered my son Mark from M & J glass in San Carlos recommended A+ Japanese Auto Repair. I am 69 years old, and can you imagine how insecure I would be to be taken advantage of. I went online and emailed them. I got a response immediately, then a phone call. Everyone was so polite when I got there. Naeem gave me excellent service. He called Uber to take me home. Later on that day he called and gave me the estimate. My A/C is fixed !! My first experience with these guys was great. I have an '89 FJ62 Land Cruiser that needed some A/C help. Ron Lucas was extremely helpful in talking through the different possible scenarios with me and didn't try to advocate for additional work. The loaner car was hugely convenient and the job was done within a day. Very professional group who now have my future business.

Rob and Justin are my go to guys when it comes to my car. Great service. Plus they are super courteous. Rob always checks to make sure all of my maintenance needs are taken care for the short and long haul. They cover every maintenence issue internal and external. I couldn't ask for a better service.

Outstanding service. Justin and the team are the most customer-focused group I have dealt with in a long time. Justin helped me overcome some last minute logistical challenged when my car had 2 flat tires due to nails. I had leave my car at the last minute and get to Sacramento for work and he took care of everything.

Very professional and courteous. Very well taken care but, don't think the cheapest repairs around! All in all though a very good experience!

Justin worked on my 2003 Subaru Outback. He was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, professional, and totally straightforward. He spent over 30 minutes explaining his evaluation and recommendation and answering my questions. He actually talked me out of some very expensive repairs that I had been considering and explained other options that were demonstrated an admirable level of objectivity and eagerness to help. A really wonderful experience. No question, we'll use Justin and A+ again.
