As usual, I got my "mature" (gen 1) Prius serviced for routine maintenance. At 200K+ miles, I need to know that every part of that car is working A-OK so that I am safe to ride. I am actually happy when there are things to repair because components tend to degrade as the car ages. When I reclaimed my auto, it drove perfectly. I wouldn't trust my vehicle to be serviced anywhere else!

I bought a lemon of a used car, I did my duedilligence and got it looked at by a separate mechanic who said it checks out just has a leak in the power steering but that's not a big deal, so I bought the car. A day later the check engine light came on and I took it to A +. After several tests it turned out it needed a new transmission (and many other repairs). They called the auto broker for me to see if he would take the car back and if he would chip in for a transmission. I panicked and thought about trading the dud of a car in, Justin let me keep the car in the shop for over a week to think about what I wanted to do. Not only that, but he offered that if I chose to trade in the car (meaning A+ holds doesn't get my buisness of fixing it up) he would help me buy the right car and talk to the dealer if needed. He was willing to help me out even if it meant loosing buisness just because he wanted to do what was right in a bad situation. He probably spent over 2 hours of phone time with me and helped me fix the car at a reduced and cost with amaizing quality. Even when I got the car back he followed up with phone calls to make sure the car is working well.

Again, the team at A+ was on their A-game! Justin worked with me step by step to make sure everything was smooth, and did his best to get what he could covered by the warranty. He always goes above and beyond of me, and the rest of the cars that we bring here also!

Outstanding service from Rob Lucas. A+ is my go to spot for any auto work from now on. I went in for a car noise issue. They did a thorough inspection, figured out what was causing it and then charged me nothing because the issue had by then self-repaired. They share detailed inspection results with images online so you can see exactly what was done. And it's obvious that they care about their customers from the smiling faces in their office and the great advice they provide. Highly recommended! They even got me an Uber ride so I could pick up the car back the same day.
