I truly can't say enough about how great Justin is. Iv been bring my cars to him for years but this time around he went above and beyond. My car had to go into the dealers for recall work and he took it upon himself to keep track of progress. That meant 3 months of calling multiple times a week to keep up on things. When I finally got my car back and the dealership failed to secure my battery Justin not only took care of that but looked over everything else the dealership worked on to make sure it was done correctly and my car was safe for me to drive. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my cars.

there is nothing else to do besides the oil change and tire rotation. In addition, they handled an immediate need I had recently when I got a significant crack in my windshield that was growing constantly. I called them on Monday morning and they were ready to change my windshield that day if needed. I dropped it off Tuesday morning and they made sure it was completed before I needed to pick my son up from school. The work looks fantastic and was a great price. Really like this shop and fully recommend it, so glad my cousin recommended it to me when we moved here.

A+ Fantastic service from Justin and Beatrice. Went there because something was caught in my tire. They quoted me more than Firestone, but with the great service and shuttles to and from work, I'd say it was more than worth it. They were quick, and my car is just fine now! For some reason the 25 off 50 Yelp deal disappeared today, but they honored the discount anyway.I'd definitely come back!

This time I used A+ for pre-purchase inspection and thanks to Naeem and the other guys they stopped me before buying this car since car has front suspension problems and if I bought it without showing them that might cost us as much as car's purchase price. Thanks Naeem and guys. So if you are in doubt before you buy this service might saves you a lot of $$$$$$.

Recently my car was hit by a deer. I thought the damage small and took it to A Plus hoping they could order and install a few pieces. Service manager Rob Lucas felt it needed work at a body shop. I had a less then satisfying episode with my old car and an insurance recommended shop and asked if he had a shop he would trust. Not only did Rob know a shop, he acted as liaison between the body shop, a rental car company, my insurance (I had a failed attempt at getting an adjuster to make a reasonable appointment time) and me. I received pictures and texts about progress and immediate returns to questions. All of this and A Plus did not even do the work. Ten plus years of large and small mechanical repairs at this shop built a lot of trust and appreciation with me. I cannot think of another shop I would ever recommend. A Plus and Rob are a rare find.

I have nothing but good things to say about Justin and the A+ team. Justin made the process easy, quick, and honest. - they quoted me a fair amount and that is what I ended up paying- they picked up the phone when I called with questions and then answered them!- they were FAST, my car was towed in over a holiday weekend and I was able to pick it up by Tuesday evening- my car runs perfectly nowGreat customer service and they do good work. I'll bring the rest of my families cars here if/when they have problems.

Let me start out by saying, that the one thing I hate the most is going to auto mechanics. Unless you are really clued in on cars, you will get ripped off. I read a lot of reviews on Yelp, on a number of auto shops for Japanese cars. I went to A+ with a lot of trepidation. The Service at A+ is fab! Justin, who we dealt with, was excellent to deal with.A year ago, I had gone to the Lexus (Putnam, San Carlos) dealership, to fix my headlights and my rear parking sensors. They could not fix the lights ("oh it works"), and for the sensors they said the damages would be
