Outstanding service. Justin and the team are the most customer-focused group I have dealt with in a long time. Justin helped me overcome some last minute logistical challenged when my car had 2 flat tires due to nails. I had leave my car at the last minute and get to Sacramento for work and he took care of everything.

Very professional and courteous. Very well taken care but, don't think the cheapest repairs around! All in all though a very good experience!

Justin worked on my 2003 Subaru Outback. He was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, professional, and totally straightforward. He spent over 30 minutes explaining his evaluation and recommendation and answering my questions. He actually talked me out of some very expensive repairs that I had been considering and explained other options that were demonstrated an admirable level of objectivity and eagerness to help. A really wonderful experience. No question, we'll use Justin and A+ again.

We found A+ Japanese Auto Repair through Yelp when I backed over a curb and knocked a pan loose. Without an Appointment Dan had me come in right away to do a temp repair and then ordered the parts. Job completed soon after with reasonable price. Then we took our Honda in to investigate a mysterious noise. A+ found and corrected the problem, again with reasonable price and friendly service. We have found our "go to" auto repair shop! Thanks A+!

I've been coming to A+ Japanese Auto to service all our family cars (Nissan Murano and 2 Priuses) for over 2 years now. Based on my experience, this is a fantastic auto shop that knows what they're doing and can explain things to you in a way you can understand (especially if you don't know much about cars.) Impeccable customer service and truly go above and beyond in making sure their customers are taken care of. Very convenient, especially with their offer of providing an uber to/from your home or office. I have primarily worked with Rob, who is the ultimate professional and a true class act. He has never made me feel rushed and always taken his time to answer all my questions. He even provided me with valuable advice for the purchase of my next (Toyota certified pre-owned) vehicle. I have referred friends and co-workers to this auto shop and will continue to bring our family cars here as well.

These guys are simply the best. Every time I am in there I find another reason to like them more. They have kept my 370z running great for years. Naeem and Rob are incredible helpful. I have thrown just about everything at them.

I made an appointment with A+ to have my car aligned after installing new tires. To my surprise, I was provided transportation home and back while my car was being worked on. I also had an inspection performed on my car as I had recently purchased it and I am completely satisfied with all work performed. It is such a good feeling to find a skilled and trustworthy repair facility. I am recommending A+ to friends and family.
