I have never had a better experience with an auto repair shop than I had with A+. Rob was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and above all honest. I've dealt with a wide range of folks in the auto repair business, and it is clear that Rob and the rest of the team pride themselves on excellent customer service and satisfaction. I can't believe it has taken me so many years to find this fantastic alternative to car dealer service. A+ shoujd be A++++. They serviced my Hyundai Sonata Hybrid, and did not "sell" me on any unnecessary items, based on mileage or time interval since last service. A+ does a thorough inspection, then does only what is really necessary. This was about one-third the cost of dealer recommended service.

We love A+ and have been receiving amazing service for more than a decade on several vehicles that we've owned. My son is now driving and we made sure that A+ inspected any vehicle he considered purchasing. The staff is always friendly & helpful...peace-of-mind, trust worthiness, and cars that hum...what more can you want!

I took my 2009 Acura TSX here for new brakes, and it was an awesome experience. Rob is the man, he is very friendly, professional, and takes good car of your car. They shuttled me back to my home office, and shuttled me back when my car was done. The price was fair, and they even gave me a part for free because it wasn't in their initial estimate. That's good business practice. They have earned my loyalty.

As usual, I got my "mature" (gen 1) Prius serviced for routine maintenance. At 200K+ miles, I need to know that every part of that car is working A-OK so that I am safe to ride. I am actually happy when there are things to repair because components tend to degrade as the car ages. When I reclaimed my auto, it drove perfectly. I wouldn't trust my vehicle to be serviced anywhere else!
