Eric, the owner, is a standup guy. I've known him for close to 15 years and was very thankful to receive his feedback while searching for the perfect hybrid vehicle. This is the first time I can say that I was happy that I needed to take my car in to be serviced! Bringing it to A+ was a total joy. I was given a ride home after dropping it off. I was called right away after inspection with a list of issues and recommendations. I was given a rental car to use in the meantime, and my car was ready within a day. All the reviews are accurate, their customer service is undeniably fantastic. I'm very thankful for Justin and his team at A+ Japanese Car Repair!!

I brought my car here after calling around for quotes. Their quote was extremely reasonable in fact it was half the price the dealership was asking for. I was helped by Justin he was very friendly on the phone and in person. Everyone else who worked there was very nice too. They fixed my car in the exact amount of time they said it would take. I longer that they offer a two year warranty on their work.They also have a free shuttle. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

I needed to have my brakes looked at and most likely replaced when my cousin recommended I go here. I called to make an appointment and Justin was able to take me in right away. everyone here is extremely kind and professional. They took care of my brakes right away and my car was ready within hours...SO quick! I will always bring my Toyota to these wonderful mechanics! Thank you for keeping the mechanics of my 4Runner in great condition!!

-FREE drop off and pick up service to the shop (they pay for uber or take you in their car)-Extremely friendly and professional customer service (Rob Lucas) with email updates and phone callsI went in for an oil change and with with full synthetic for $65 and used the first time yelp coupon for $25 for $50, so this was a great deal.First time to this shop, but will definitely be coming back to try other services.

They are trustworthy and consistently do excellent work at reasonable prices. I've taken my car for oil changes and the customer service is excellent. I brought in my car to get the brakes checked out. Rob didn't find any problems with it but wanted to keep it an additional day just to make sure. When I went to pick my car up they credited me the $98 assessment fee since they couldn't find any problems with it! I was stunned. They didn't make money off the work they did that weekend but they definitely gained my loyalty. I recommend them to friends and family.

I'd like to start off by saying that their customer service is top notch. As soon as I walked in I got greeted and didn't have to stand there all awkwardly waiting for 10 minutes for someone to approach me like i've experienced at other shops and places of business in general.So my car's transmission needed to be replaced. Not an easy task that is done overnight.The service adviser that helped me out was Justin Mills, he was friendly, explained the whole process, and was honest about everything. He took time to explain what was wrong with my car and why that type of work needed to be done.After I picked up my car, Justin called me later on just to check how I felt the car and if I had any worries to bring it by just for my peace of mind. Just showing another person respect goes a long way with me and it definitely made an impression on me and my dad (and he's not an easy man to impress) and it's safe to say that i'll definitely be bringing back my car here for future maintenance/repair jobs. Great job guys, and I hope that that type of exceptional customer service continues!

A+ has worked on our 1998 Jeep Cherokee sport 3 times now. Each time I have worked with Justin and the experience has been very good because of a few important things he and the techs did well:1) Pricing: Justin got me an assessment of the problem within the same day each time. His assessment was a list of the things that need to be fixed and can be fixed, and he explains them each that way. For each item he had a price which allowed me to choose how much work I want to do based on the amount I wanted to spend. Every time the amount I ended up paying was exactly the amount I expected to pay.2) Listens: when I decided I didn't want to one repair out of a list of 20 he remembered exactly the ones I wanted to do and the ones I didn't. He listened to my needs for the car rather than telling me what needed to be fixed.3) Personal attention: I needed the car the next day but got caught in a meeting and could not get to the shop by the time it closed. Justin remembered that I needed the car, waited around after close, called to check in with me, and arranged for me to get the car after hours.4) Quality work: the fixes that have been made on my car when the issue was understood have solved the problem.
