Ok, can I give these guys another five stars?!I was out of town when my family had car trouble. They were stranded in 100 degree heat on a Saturday afternoon. The situation was not pleasant.Rob went above and beyond and showed up in person! (When does this ever happen?!?!). He calmed frayed nerves, tested the vehicle and had it towed. The guys at A+ then proceeded to diagnose a rare issue and helped me work with Toyota to get the warrantied parts replaced.In short, this was amazing! Thank you so much, Rob.
