Great as ever! The service is obviously excellent and reasonably priced; that apart they arranged Uber rides (not one but two) for me to get to work and back while the card was being serviced.

The team at A+ Japanese Auto Repair is great. I had an valve cover seal leaking oil (as well as a malfunctioning electric window lift). If you've ever looked under the hood of a vintage 300ZX, you'll know that this is going to be a real bear of a repair job. On top to that, the parts for the window lift are no long available from the Nissan factory. But, the A+ crew came through with flying colors. They scoured the parts network to find the rare window parts. Then, they repaired everything perfectly, as well as doing some preventive maintenance that has the old Z running like new. Service Manager Justin always kept me informed of the status of the prepare process. And, the technical team gave my cherished gem a ton of TLC. Thanks so much to the whole A+ team for keeping my 25-year old "show-piece" running so beautifully.

This place gets an A+ in my book. They were very communicative with everything. Naeem was very professional with the entire process. I would definitely recommend them to a friend or anyone looking for work to be done. Sidebar: I did know what was wrong with my car before going in. I told them what needed to be done. They completed it in a few days (I didn't need the car back right away) and gave me a call when it was ready. Huge plus when I dropped off my car, I needed a ride back home, they called me an uber at 9am on a Saturday morning. Excellent service here.

The guys here are awesome! Great customer service and quality work. Anytime I've had any issues, they are quick to get my car in the shop to diagnose the problem and provide me with their expert honest opinion on what needs to be fixed (and what doesn't).I'm usually pretty picky with mechanics so it took me awhile to find "my shop", but after coming here, I was won over by their organized, efficient, and friendly work ethic. They even have a car pick-up service for locals in the area. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a good honest car shop to go here!

I had a flat tire due to a nail puncturing it, so quickly yelped an auto shop near work. A+ came up first with high reviews and less than a mile away, so I was sold. I was feeling so stressed thinking what a horrible day it was... I don't know how much this is going to cost me now... and how much time I'm going to need to have to waste waiting for my car back. Rob took care of me and my car. + I bought the $25 for $50 Yelp Deal (was suppose to owe $3.58 but Rob waived it)!+ I got a ride back to work, and he sent an uber to pick me up after work!+ Exceptional service, professionalism and quality!+ Honest/Trustworthy, no hidden fees! + Complete Stress-Free process, and actually made my day instead!

First time coming here and will definitely be going back. I had an issue with my 2014 Honda and was blown away by their amazing customer service and timely work. I originally called Justin who was beyond welcoming and assured me that they could fix my Honda in less than 3 hours and even give me a ride to work. So I brought my car in and Justin greeted by name because he recognized the car that I described over the phone and promptly got some minor paper work done and even gave me a ride to work. I came back on my lunch break and was greeted again, got my car squared away for a very reasonable price. Eric (the owner) even came out and asked me how my experience was, and assured me that the car was in great shape (and that they stand behind their work 100%). I often do not write reviews for anything but it is hard to find a good mechanic but it's even harder to find a mechanic who is honest, and trustworthy. The customer service alone is worth 5 stars. They really go out of their way around customer service to ensure you have a great experience. This was very obvious and a big focus of their business.Service-wise, they fixed everything properly and efficiently as far as I can tell so far. They are very thorough in what they look for (including things like haze in the headlamps, which I declined to fix).Thanks to A+ for taking care of me!

I've been to A+ 3 times so far and all has been wonderful. Naeem is our service consultant and he is great. First time I've had a mechanic send me pictures of all the repairs that needs to be done, as well as tell the truth on what doesn't need to be done quite yet. After having bad experiences with mechanics, I have been wasting a lot of money going to the Acura dealer, and even have experienced the dealer breaking my car! I completely don't mind driving across the bay (I live in the Hayward hills) to come to this shop. Plus, I can get coffee, and a ride to Cal Trains so it's not a hassle.

Rob and the team took great care to fix a problem with my Xterra. They even fixed a persistent throttle issue that I didn't even tell them about. I can't say enough good things about this shop!
