One of the toughest things to find in life is a mechanic you can trust. Justin isn't the actual mechanic, but he's the front of the house guy that keeps my 2004 Nissan running perfectly. I DO RECOMMEND GIVING THEM A TRY! Before you need something big maybe just go in for an oil change to feel them out. My smog emissions were very low and the smog guy told me my mechanic was doing a good job. That's all I need to know. I don't really want this to sound like a commercial, but I'm very grateful for the service, recommendations and professionalism. Good guys all around.
GREAT JOB YOU GUYS! From the techs in the garage to the front of the house gang I thank you again. I have used A+ before and mainly was turned on to them because I followed Justin (who always took care of me at the Nissan dealer down the road). Great job in explaining the diagnosis and not just throwing a bunch of vague terms followed by a bunch of vague $$ estimates. Justin and the guys do a good job of explaining the thinking behind the trouble shooting. I feel a lot better about things after Justin is done with the "What's going on with your car" conversation.Hearing the other guys on the phone in the office with the same attitudes tells me the care starts at the top. Good owners, lead to good employees and ultimately lead to happy customers. Keep up the good work!
