Rob helped me out and he was super approachable and friendly. I called him the day before and asked for an appointment, and he gave me a quote and told me to come in the morning. I came in to do the 5K / 6 months service for my car, and service was pretty quick (or at least quicker than I expected). I came in at 8am and they finished at 9am. Also, he quoted me incorrectly and gave me a lower quote because he thought my car didn't take synthetic oil. However, he still charged me that same low quote and gave me synthetic oil anyways!Great service overall.

I had an issue with my brake master cylinder and Justin and A+ took care of me to the VIP level. After multiple failed attempts to obtain the correct replacement part, A+ did a fantastic job of keeping me in the loop and making sure I was taken care of from a safety point of view and ensured I had temporary transportation while it was getting fixed. I was thrilled with the level of service and knock on wood that the issue is resolved and gone for good.

Rob helped me with my 2002 toyota Highlander after looking for a local place to do some major service for an oil leak, and many other things. Very personable, and up front, communication throughout the process was excellent. The best part was the rent a car agreement they have with enterprise. Highlander will go for a long time now! The office is very warm and friendly and you can tell the team likes working there. All good things to say, thank you!

Frankly, car repairs are always something of a painful experience for me. But, as usual, Eric and Rob did everything possible to help me make my decision and to make sure the price was affordable--even for parts that were well past warranty. I picked up my car last night, right on schedule, and I have to say that it's phenomenal how well it's running--even with over 200,000 miles on it. I love the security of dealing with the A+ team!

At the risk of sounding like a broken record, I couldn't be more grateful to A+--once again, you've earned an A+ from me! Yes, my car needed a lot more work than I'd expected, and with as many miles as I've driven it, I was wondering if it was finally time to give it up. But between Eric and Rob, my decision and the whole process turned out as smooth and painless as I could ever imagine. They walked me through the options, and Eric bent over backwards so I could afford the repairs--especially since the warranty had expired long ago. When I picked her up last night, she was running better than ever! How great is that!!! Thank you Eric, Rob and your team of talented mechanics--and Happy Holidays to you all!

These guys are awesome! Naeem provided the best customer service! From the first phone call he was courteous and always very helpful! I got an inspection and quote from them on a used car. Very thorough! The owner walked me through what needed to be addressed immediately and what could wait. They even refunded work they didn't think was required with my visit! On the day I scheduled the work, again Naeem was very courteous and communicated with me through the whole day. He made arrangements for transportation for the day and provided me updates and an ETA throughout. Our driver to the train station and back was also very courteous and kind making sure my children were safe in the vehicle. Their quote was right on and they even did some other minor things I requested. Naeem made himself available via email if any issues came up after my repair. They really take care of you and your vehicle here. They are very transparent and I didn't question any of their recommendations and expertise. I will be taking my car there every time. I don't mind commuting here from the East Bay. It's worth the piece of mind that my vehicle will be taken care of properly. Thank you guys for the excellent service!
