Came here for a clutch replacement on an old 97 Civic EX. The price is a little bit higher than other shops but you receive double the warranty (24k miles or 24 months) whereas most other shops only honor a 12k mile or 12 month warranty. My clutch had some problems after the initial installation so Rob asked me bring the car back no questions asked. They are kind enough to give you a ride to work if you are local as they service your car. Although the symptoms had disappeared by the time they test drove the car, they still took the extra precaution of doing a clutch fluid flush and adjusted the clutch pedal at no additional charge (thanks to the warranty). My car is old but it now runs like a charm and I now have another 23 months of peace of mind thanks to their supportive service. Friendly staff and very quick at responding. Would definitely recommend if you own a Japanese vehicle and don't want to pay the dealership premium!

We've been taking both our vehicles (Honda Accord and Toyota Tacoma) to A+ Japanese Auto Repair for over ten years now, and we've been very pleased with the service. We've worked with Rob, Nareem, and Justin. All are very pleasant and explain things well. Oftentimes, they will clean our cars, both interior and exterior, which I really appreciate.We trust them to do a good job at a fair price. Don't forget to check their website for coupons, which I failed to do this past visit. :-(Update: Justin called to thank me for coming in and for my Yelp review. Since I had already received the AAA discount, he offered to put a credit on my account to cover the difference between that and the coupon I missed. That was more than I could have expected! Brought my element here as the window had quit on me. They took care of it the same day, and were very professional about it.The regulator started making noise later that day, so they said bring it in tomorrow, and they removed and installed another brand new unit. Unit was faulty, not their fault.I will definitely use them in the future for my auto needs. Excellent service and professional attitude.

A+ Japanese Auto Repair recently services my truck with a bad differential and Justin was able to assist me through the whole process. All employees were extremely helpful and Justin provides detail information by phone and email on issues on my vehicle which answered many of my question instantly. They do a great job and really know Japanese cars. Had to bring in my wife's Honda Pilot and my Nissan Xterra, and they did good work both times. Justin in Customer Service is very nice and communicates technical issues very well. Highly recommend.

As always they are great. I was informed as to what they are watching and what will be needed in the future. They keep my car tip top and I feel safe and comfortable driving around town or on a trip.

Great spot! I needed a complete inspection before a cross-country road trip, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was ready to go. As the child of a mechanic, I defer all questions to Dad, and he agreed with their assessment and pricing. I didn't feel slighted or ripped off in the least.
