A+ Japanese Auto Repair recently services my truck with a bad differential and Justin was able to assist me through the whole process. All employees were extremely helpful and Justin provides detail information by phone and email on issues on my vehicle which answered many of my question instantly. Any future repairs I would always keep Justin and his team on my contact which give me a peace of mind. I would highly refer A+ Japanese to all my friends and family.

They do a great job and really know Japanese cars. Had to bring in my wife's Honda Pilot and my Nissan Xterra, and they did good work both times. Justin in Customer Service is very nice and communicates technical issues very well. Highly recommend.

As always they are great. I was informed as to what they are watching and what will be needed in the future. They keep my car tip top and I feel safe and comfortable driving around town or on a trip.

Great spot! I needed a complete inspection before a cross-country road trip, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was ready to go. As the child of a mechanic, I defer all questions to Dad, and he agreed with their assessment and pricing. I didn't feel slighted or ripped off in the least. Justin went above and beyond to keep me updated and delivered amazing customer service. Their shuttle service was a nice perk and they offer great coupons/specials on their website. Will definitely recommend to a friend!

These guys get it! Professional, thorough, courteous service. They will tell you what you need on your car and when it needs to be done. Justin and Rob are excellent! Free shuttle service and free car wash are a nice extra, too.

I highly recommend A+ Japanese for your car repair needs. They are extremely professional, keep you informed with your repair, and even follow up with a call afterwards to make sure that you are satisfied with your repair. Our first experience was several months ago, we worked with Rob, he was so helpful and explained everything in detail, even offered to arrange for a rental car at a discount since my job was too far for their shuttle service, he was great.This time we worked with Justin. We took our car for a smog test to a local Star station where it failed. We had them do the recommended repair and it failed for a second time, they recommended another repair that they thought would resolve the issue but I felt we needed another opinion.So we took it to A+ and Justin was convinced that they could find what was wrong, make the repair and get our car to pass smog. He too offered a rental car, kept us up to date on the progress, did not do any repairs without an estimate and approval to move forward and answered all our questions. They found the problem, which was not what the other repair shop thought, repaired it, he even arranged to take it to get the smog check done so we did not have to deal with that again and it passed with flying colors.Rob and Justin were great and without hesitation, I will continue to take my car here. Thanks again for a job well done!

LOVE A+! I'm an assistant and have taken my bosses' cars there in the past...they've always been really great. So when I needed work done on my car, I knew where to go. Honest, helpful, and super friendly, they solved a problem that's been going on for a long time. They went above and beyond to make sure the problem was resolved before returning my car to me.
