Great service, great people, great results. Finest auto repair experience I ever have had.In at 7:30 on a Saturday morning-out by 11AM. Vehicle running fine again with a replaced alternator.

I've used A+ Japanese Auto Repair twice now and both times it's been an exceptional experience. Both the customer interaction (Justin is AMAZING), and the quality of their service were fantastic.Not only did they provide great prices, but just using the service was so easy.. they came and picked up my car from work, serviced it, and brought it back the same day. Not only that, but it was washed!Best auto repair - and probably customer service - I have ever received.-jason

Wow! This place has amazing customer service. I generally hate dealing with auto repair shops and try to convince my husband to handle any car issues we have encountered. After putting off repairs for way too long, I gave A+ a call, knowing several co-workers who had used them. From start to finish, these guys were amazing. They made arrangements to come pick up my car at work and called to give me an estimate when they started in on the work. When I was concerned about my car not being finished by the end of the day, they immediately called a rental agency and covered a rental car for me until my car was ready the next day. Naeem was always polite and helpful in answering any questions I had about the repairs. These guys went above and beyond to make sure that the experience was positive. I'm happy to have found a new place for any auto repairs we'll need (although I'm hoping that won't be for a LONG time). Thanks A+!

Just got my job done there. I chose them because dealer is too expensive and A+ has great review on Yelp. They are indeed as good as what I expected. They might not be the cheapest but is certainly cheaper than going to dealer with good quality. I highly recommend A+.

Justin Miles at A+ Japanese Auto Repair cares about the customer. In September I brought my Maxima in needing new brakes but also knowing it had another big problem. Having an extended warranty is a good thing but getting things paid by the extended warranty takes a dedicated and strong person like Justin to assure those companies do the right thing for those who have purchased those warranties. Without Justin I am not sure my replacement engine would have been paid for my the warranty, although there was no question it should have been considering one + year ago they had it replaced with a used engine.Thank you Justin and A+ Japanese for your dedication to the customer!

I went there for a quick oil change and definitely found my new car care place. I received A+ service from Jason and recommend him and A+ to everyone.
