Had a very positive experience with initial service of our new Mazda as we did not want to use the dealer. Appreciated the positive conduct of the owner and service agents. Took special care to explain all facets of service to me. I can tell they really care about the customer in the consistent approach of the staff. Overheard guidance from the owner on someone else's complex issue and was impressed with their handling. This is a good size shop (11 service bays) but very accessible and personal. So far so good.

Fast, accurate, and friendly.

I have been going to A+ for many, many years and would not ever go elsewhere.I have also recommended it to my residents. And will continue doing so.They are very polite, funny, helpful and totally reliable. Honesty must be their motto.

Friendly Customer Service! They are actually willing to sit down with you and explain what is needed and the even emailed me pictures of the problem areas. Naeem was easy to work with. On top of that I was able to get a free lift after dropping my car off.

So I sold my Mazdaspeed 3... and went domestic with a Ford Mustang GT. I love the 5.0 but I'm not overly thrilled with any of the shops that specialize in American cars and I've always been dubious about dealerships. I wasn't sure that A+ would even work on my car but after talking to Naeem I was reassured that they would be happy to service my vehicle... dropped the car off today for its inaugural oil change and the service was what I have always encountered - excellent.

They took a thorough look at my entire car for a fraction of the price and explained to me what really needed to be maintenanced, what was working perfectly fine, and what could wait another 20,000 miles. The manager I worked with (Justin) was incredibly friendly, thorough, honest, and happy to address my questions about specifics. These guys really know their stuff. I'm happy to have finally found someone I don't distrust and can have an honest conversation with about my car.
