The level of customer service at this business is unlike any other I have been to!

These guys are awesome! Naeem provided the best customer service! From the first phone call he was courteous and always very helpful! I got an inspection and quote from them on a used car. Very thorough! The owner walked me through what needed to be addressed immediately and what could wait. They even refunded work they didn't think was required with my visit! On the day I scheduled the work, again Naeem was very courteous and communicated with me through the whole day. He made arrangements for transportation for the day and provided me updates and an ETA throughout. Our driver to the train station and back was also very courteous and kind making sure my children were safe in the vehicle. Their quote was right on and they even did some other minor things I requested. Naeem made himself available via email if any issues came up after my repair. They really take care of you and your vehicle here. They are very transparent and I didn't question any of their recommendations and expertise. I will be taking my car there every time. I don't mind commuting here from the East Bay. It's worth the piece of mind that my vehicle will be taken care of properly. Thank you guys for the excellent service!

Not sure why I haven't been here before. Let's start with:Calling for an apt: I was able to speak to Justin who set me up with an appointment. His level of customer service is excellent.Dropping my Car off: Needed my seat power/adjuster fixed & decided to get a Fall special done to my car. Which was badly needed. I dropped my car off & Justin arranged for rental car to pick me up. Process was seamless. Update on my car: the Photo service was freggin cool & once my car was thoroughly checked, Justin went through each & every step in precise order. On what needed to be done now & what could wait. Which I appreciated. As a girl going into a mechanic, it's always un-nerving since you are pretty sure you will be roped into getting stuff done that really doesn't need it. However driving my car for the next couple of days, I noticed a difference in performance. It was like she was brand new. This is the first time in 3 decades of my driving/getting my car fixed I didn't feel uncomfortable with the information/level of service I received. I highly recommend taking your car in. They are a bunch of great guys, making sure you get what you pay for with excellent service.

It was my first time bringing my car to this shop, and I was satisfied with my experience. I worked with Naeem and he was very courteous and friendly. I thought the estimate he gave me was reasonable and he did not try to upsell me on anything I didn't need after inspecting my car. They even gave me a free car wash afterwards. The only minor problem with this place is that they don't have a waiting lounge and there aren't many places around to hang out to wait. They do provide shuttle service though.

So my car didn't start up on yesterday and I didn't know what to do.. my normal car repair place located in San Mateo is normally closed on Saturdays, so of course I went on yelp to find the closest most highly rated repair shop open... to my delight, I found A+, and my 2003 Honda Accord was happy I did. I got to work with Justin, the most proactive, catering customer service advisor I have EVER had the pleasure with dealing with. If you are looking for a place to really take care of you, call A+. First of all, he had coordinated getting a tow truck out to my place to retrieve our car. Since yesterday was the first Saturday of Bay Area rain, there was a bit of a delay but none to the fault of A+.. Justin was continually checking in, calling to ensure the tow truck service had called me, was enroute, had picked up my car... etc. It was a customer service experience that I have never had! Not only was A+ just a 10 minute walk from the San Carlos Caltrain station, pick-up was a breeze as well. I was able to use the yelp deal on my service and the price for the tow service & battery replacement was lower than I expected.. a win-win! Don't hesitate to bring your car into A+, you won't be let down!

Justin is the man. I'm always skeptical when it comes to mechanics (or anyone working with cars in general)...but I have to admit I'm very satisfied with Justin's service. He's really taken care of me, provided me with great deals and earned my business. I will continue to go to him exclusively until I have a reason not to.

I was very impressed with the service u received at A+ I don't usually being my cars to independents fir my service needs, but when my car broke down on the wrong side of the bridge, where was I to go? Luckily for me, and my faithful auto, I find Justin Mills and A+ Automotive! I was treated with courtesy and professionalism from the moment they picked up the phone. The entire staff acted as if I was a long time valued customer ... what a change from my experiences at other shops. And on top of all that, the speed at which they repaired my severely broken car far exceeded my expextations. I would highly recommend A+ for your service and repair needs. And when you call, ask for Justin. He won't steer you wrong!

Had a great experience at A+. Needed to get two new tires and have them realigned before my trip down to SoCal. I gave A+ a call and Rob was super helpful and flexible, working around my schedule to make sure I not only got my car serviced on time, but also got a good deal on the tires!Rob also did a great job making sure I knew what the costs would be up front - no additional surprises.Will definitely be coming back for any future repairs on my car.
