So when I needed work done on my car, I knew where to go.Honest, helpful, and super friendly, they solved a problem that's been going on for a long time. They went above and beyond to make sure the problem was resolved before returning my car to me. Thank you so much Naeem and A+!I will definitely be back!!

Second review here...So I already talked about the magic they worked on my '97 4runner, basically bringing her back from the brink of the scrapyard after I bought her very used.I've already put 15,000 miles on it since my service with A+ in March and everything is running flawlessly. I took a 5,000 mile roadtrip through Mexico on some rather unruly roads and nary a problem arose.So why did I go back? Well, turns out the ignition key gets worn out on these older Toyotas and mine started sticking in the ignition. As in, I'd park it with the key in and doors unlocked because I couldn't get it out!!I ordered new cylinders from the toyota dealer in SF and they quoted me on an install. It was a lot. Rob at A+ gave me a quote right around HALF of the dealer's. Best of all, when all the work was done, his original quote was honored 100% and the work was finished even faster than promised.

Got in with a relatively simple problem, yet these guys gave a professional, kind, and quick service that saved me money and time. I am always concerned about service centers trying to squeeze as much money as they can, but these guys are the opposite of that. Would definitely return whenever I have any issue with my car.

I meant to write a review a while ago when my car was here. (Acura TL) Short version: -took car here after being at the Acura dealer-which was sketchy -good contact/updates on car -great customer service -helpful, thorough explanations on everything -no BS -my car was not effed up after it was returned to me -felt taken care of/no stress Long version: My dad made a recommendation to come here and I was not disappointed in the least. Such happy, helpful, and thoroughly great service. Justin was the rep that helped us out, he greeted us outside and even opened the car door for my mother who kindly gave me a ride since I had no car at the time. Never had service so kind and accommodating, it was a new experience, and a very good one at that. They took care of the rental car fees since my car was there over night (fluid leak). They even took the rental car back for me. Good, good stuff, can't say that enough. Will be back here again when needed.

My husband and I have been going to A+ Japanese Auto for the past 3 years and we couldn't be happier with our experiences there. We bring in all three of our cars for routine check ups. Recently, my Toyota Hybrid started to make strange noises upon acceleration or braking. I emailed Rob Lucas ( our usually go to guy at A+) and within a day, he arranged for the pick up of my car, inspection, tightening up of the suspension of my car with resolution of the noise issue and delivered my car back to my house. Since we have been loyal customers, he didn't even charge us for this service. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are trustworthy, easily accessible via phone or email and their pick up and delivery service makes it easy for any working professional or at home parent to get their car care done without any inconvenience. I would highly recommend A plus Japanese auto to anyone!

I actually found this place on Yelp and was enticed by the $40 for $20 coupon. Then after reading the great reviews I decided to try them. I was not disappointed. The customer service was excellent from Rob, the service manager, to my technician. I only went in for an oil change, but it took less than 40 minutes and I was on my way. The technician also thoroughly checked all of the other fluids and the tire pressure. I would definitely recommend this place and would go back.
