I actually found this place on Yelp and was enticed by the $40 for $20 coupon. Then after reading the great reviews I decided to try them. I was not disappointed. The customer service was excellent from Rob, the service manager, to my technician. I only went in for an oil change, but it took less than 40 minutes and I was on my way. The technician also thoroughly checked all of the other fluids and the tire pressure. I would definitely recommend this place and would go back.

My husband and I have been going to A+ Japanese Auto for the past 3 years and we couldn't be happier with our experiences there. We bring in all three of our cars for routine check ups. Recently, my Toyota Hybrid started to make strange noises upon acceleration or braking. I emailed Rob Lucas ( our usually go to guy at A+) and within a day, he arranged for the pick up of my car, inspection, tightening up of the suspension of my car with resolution of the noise issue and delivered my car back to my house. Since we have been loyal customers, he didn't even charge us for this service. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are trustworthy, easily accessible via phone or email and their pick up and delivery service makes it easy for any working professional or at home parent to get their car care done without any inconvenience. I would highly recommend A plus Japanese auto to anyone!

Brought my car in for routine oil change and brake work. Justin Miles is an outstanding service specialist. Over and over again he goes above and beyond. He keeps me informed at what needs to be done now and what isn't necessary for now. The service techs are all great and it is a welcoming shop. I always feel like the most important customer. The guys in the office are always so friendly and helpful. They are very prompt, the work done on my Honda Odyssey is always top notch and they are very responsive. I have always been very happy with the service that they have provided. I would highly recommend them.

After the dealership where I purchased my used car couldn't fix an ongoing problem I was having I found A+ Japanese Auto Repair. Working with Justin, an absolute thorough inspection of my vehicle was conducted to check out all areas of operation! I was kept informed of every finding that required attention now or later, and the cost of repairs before anything was performed. I also received pictures of those repair areas for confirmation via email for my review prior to authorizing the repairs. Holy Cow? Who does that anyway? Needless to say Justin found the problem within an hour of inspection! He also found a couple of other pending problems that needed to be done which I gladly approved. I couldn't have been more happy and pleased for the service on my Chrysler 300 and would highly recommend A+ Japanese Auto -- especially to women and men who don't want to be taken advantage of because of a lack of automotive knowledge! This place is awesome! My cousin recommended this place because she knew one of the employees, Justin, and he has helped her with her car in the past. Justin was great helping and kept in constant contact throughout the process. My car had to be towed from a location where I was not and Justin offered to speak with the company directly if needed which was very helpful. He had no problem calling my insurance company and dealing with them directly which was also a huge help. I couldn't ask for better service and to top it all off, the car was ready one day early! I would definitely recommend this shop to all of my friends and family.
