Brought my element here as the window had quit on me. They took care of it the same day, and were very professional about it.The regulator started making noise later that day, so they said bring it in tomorrow, and they removed and installed another brand new unit. Unit was faulty, not their fault.I will definitely use them in the future for my auto needs. Excellent service and professional attitude.

A+ Japanese Auto Repair recently services my truck with a bad differential and Justin was able to assist me through the whole process. All employees were extremely helpful and Justin provides detail information by phone and email on issues on my vehicle which answered many of my question instantly. Any future repairs I would always keep Justin and his team on my contact which give me a peace of mind. I would highly refer A+ Japanese to all my friends and family.

As always they are great. I was informed as to what they are watching and what will be needed in the future. They keep my car tip top and I feel safe and comfortable driving around town or on a trip.

Great spot! I needed a complete inspection before a cross-country road trip, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was ready to go. As the child of a mechanic, I defer all questions to Dad, and he agreed with their assessment and pricing. I didn't feel slighted or ripped off in the least. Justin went above and beyond to keep me updated and delivered amazing customer service. Their shuttle service was a nice perk and they offer great coupons/specials on their website.
