Brought my element here as the window had quit on me. They took care of it the same day, and were very professional about it. The regulator started making noise later that day, so they said bring it in tomorrow, and they removed and installed another brand new unit. Unit was faulty, not their fault. I will definitely use them in the future for my auto needs. Excellent service and professional attitude.

After the dealership where I purchased my used car couldn't fix an ongoing problem I was having I found A+ Japanese Auto Repair. Working with Justin, an absolute thorough inspection of my vehicle was conducted to check out all areas of operation! I was kept informed of every finding that required attention now or later, and the cost of repairs before anything was performed. I also received pictures of those repair areas for confirmation via email for my review prior to authorizing the repairs. Holy Cow? Who does that anyway? Needless to say Justin found the problem within an hour of inspection! He also found a couple of other pending problems that needed to be done which I gladly approved. I couldn't have been more happy and pleased for the service on my Chrysler 300 and would highly recommend A+ Japanese Auto -- especially to women and men who don't want to be taken advantage of because of a lack of automotive knowledge! At the risk of sounding like a broken record, I couldn't be more grateful to A+--once again, you've earned an A+ from me! Yes, my car needed a lot more work than I'd expected, and with as many miles as I've driven it, I was wondering if it was finally time to give it up. But between Eric and Rob, my decision and the whole process turned out as smooth and painless as I could ever imagine. They walked me through the options, and Eric bent over backwards so I could afford the repairs--especially since the warranty had expired long ago. Attention to my appointment, even though it was 'just routine', and all the costs were clearly spelled out. On the a.m. writeup, he had forgotten to note that my car would require synthetic oil, which would have been an extra. So I was not charged for the difference, since it had been his oversight. A small thing, but typical.
