I chose this shop for a repair based on their reviews. Overall the entire experience was great. The shuttle service is a big plus too. I will be back!

First of all, A+ Japanese isn't just for Japanese cars......no, A+ know then all! What a pleasure it is dealing with this shop! From the quality mechanics to the free courtesy ride to or from your home your home or business. A+ Japanese, they really get it, that your time is important to you! I have been taking our vehicles to them for several years now and always get awesome service with a smile and most importantly, a vehicle that is repaired correctly the first time, every time! This review would not be complete with sending kudos out to A+'s service writer Rob. The guy is probably A+'s greatest asset. He is all about customer service and carefully in laymen's terms explains exactly what they are going to do to your vehicle and honors his estimate as to when your car will be ready. I just can explain how much that adds to the service of this shop....what a concept, you can actually make plans around the time the shop will take to service your vehicle!

I had a delightful experience at A+ today. I've never used their services but they definitely met and exceeded my expectations. They seem to have plenty of work to do and they are trying to sell services that you do not need. It's refreshing to visit a mechanic shop that isn't trying to fleece the consumer. They also did a really nice job of washing my vehicle after the repair and even took care of detailing the tires. Ask for Rob, although the other gentleman there seemed very nice as well.
