San Carlos Auto Repair

For the first time I came out of an auto repair shop with a BIG smile on my face. Spoke to Justin over the phone and took my car there, left it his capable hands and I knew I wouldn't have to worry about it at end of day, as I was aware I was leaving my car with someone who knew his job. And was not disappointed when I got back the car. Issue with the car was a minor one, but the way everything was handled would definitely make me a repeat customer. Service was excellent.

This was my second repair and again...they went beyond good service. I appreciate their knowledge, preciseness and recommendations in maintain my vehicle. I'm very happy with their service.

My Honda Pilot got a new transmission 2 yrs ago. I had some transmission issues recently which should have been covered by Honda. I took my car into A+ (instead of the dealer where I had originally got the transmission replaced). Justin at A+ went above and beyond to (a) drive the car to a dealer to get the fixes done (b) wrestle with Honda to make sure it was covered under the warranty. He kept me up to date every day several times a day until the job was done -- frankly I haven't seen service like this before in any industry! Absolutely top notch!

If you want exceptional service ask for Justin Mills. By far he has the best customer relation skills bar none. He is polite, courteous, always with a smile on his face and always communicating with you along the way. He sets the bar high with the service he provides. Mechanics there are friendly and available to answer any questions. When my car broke down even though i was waiting on AAA to come tow it to A+ Justin kept in constant contact with me and offered to have one of his guys drive me home so i would not have to wait for 2+hours for AAA. He has genuine care for his customers and their satisfaction and goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied with the work done. He always works with us to make sure our car is taken care of without breaking the bank. We've been with justin for years and will continue to follow this guy whereever he goes. When you find someone you can trust and who treats you well you want to stick with them. He's your go to guy for your car troubles. Thanks as always Justin for your service and dedication

I highly recommend A+ Japanese Auto Repair. I recently had my timing cover seal replaced. They were very thorough and professional in the repair and our interaction in their office. I also needed a loaner car which they provided at no charge. This repair was on my Toyota Tacoma4x4. This shop offers many 4x4 upgrades, and they are offroad experts. I am looking forward to bringing my truck back here in the future for racks, offroad armor, almost indestructable coatings and other fantastic overland modifications.

We've been taking our 3 Toyotas here (Camry hybrid, Corolla and Sienna) since the dealer coverage under warranty expired. We always get a detailed estimate of the work needing to be done, with simple explanations, and it always is done when they promise. Even courtesy car washes most days, if they're not too busy! In April, the hybrid battery on our 2007 Camry died, at about 120,000 miles. After giving us an estimate of about $4000 to repair it, we discovered together that this one repair was still under warranty, because of California emission standards. Justin of A+ arranged for towing to a dealer, worked with his contacts at the service department to get me slotted inso I wouldn't have to pay for a rental over the weekend, and got it returned to A+ for me to pick. Total cost to me = zero dollars. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Courteous service, honest service advisors and reasonable prices. Naeem is friendly and honest guy, never tried to sell me anything that wasn't needed. His communication was top notch and I knew exactly when all the services would be complete. They even washed my car after the service and topped off my oil because they noticed it was low. A nice touch. Thanks again!
