Two weeks after my last review my Infiniti G35 had an overheating problem. My wife and I were out shopping and fortunately only a mile from A Plus. We drove in and as usual, A Plus, Rob Lucas, rescued us. We gave Rob the key to the car, he had someone drive us home and the next day the car was repaired. During the process, the service tech. e mailed me photos of the issues and shortly there after Rob explained what needed to be done, costs, etc. Car was ready as promised, they even had the car washed for me. These folks are GREAT. Honest, thorough, excellent communications.

A brief update/addition to my previous comments. A Plus consistently earns high marks. Today I took my Infinity G 35 in because of an intermittent fan like noise I am convinced I hear under the hood. The fine folks at A Plus checked my car out thoroughly, had the service tech join me for a test drive but we were not able to duplicate the symptoms. After some good natured teasing, which I initiated, about me losing my mind, A Plus declined to charge me and said they would keep the work order open should the problem re- appear. Most auto shops would have charged me for their time. But A Plus is not like most auto shops. We have been brining our Nissan Altima and Infinity here for years and they have always been the " A +" organization of their name sake. I would give these folks six stars if the rating system allowed for it.

I worked with Justin on some pretty major repairs for my car, as well as minor maintenance work. They are not the least expensive, but the service is great and I found Justin to be willing to bend over backwards to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. I definitely recommend them.

This was my first time here, I really wish you have the same experience I had.From the moment that I spoke with them on the phone to until we drove off the lot these gentlemen were courteous, honestly friendly and professional. I have never and I am a self proclaimed 'gear head"...never have encountered a garage like this. They are very knowledgeable and mindful of what you are dealing with when you have to get your car fixed. I had to do a substantial amount of work on our Honda Odyssey (one of those things that happen...)...I was doubtful and skeptical (we were talking a lot of work here) even though I had read the Yelp reviews and placed my faith on the process. The mini van runs exactly as good as it did when we bought it 100k miles ago... I have a 100k minival that rides and feels brand new! The work was completed on time and their advice was sound. The price was very reasonable considering the amount of work and difficulty. These folks offer a great value for what they do. When we picked up the van, they even had it detailed. Detailed! The thing was scary messy when it went in! I will gladly take my vehicles to them again and again. If you are still skeptical, stop by and watch...just watch. They do great work.

Recently I took my Mazda 3 in for service at A+ for the second time in two years. They were very efficient in getting me in and out of the place. When I showed up in the morning, they already have my service order printed. All was left to do was for me to sign it. I was in and out of the office in 5 minutes. They also cleaned the windows of my car as part of the service (although my windshield was not completely clean --- a few smudges were left). The staff is unfailingly polite. I have not been to any other shop who is more polite. A pleasant place to get cars serviced.

I was having a problem with my 2009 WRX, and took it here based on their stellar reviews.From start to finish, I worked with Naeem on getting my car fixed. I speculated (and dreaded) that Roxy (my car) had a cracked firewall that was causing a creaking noise and difficulties in switching gears. Being out of warranty and using an aftermarket clutch, I decided to skip the dealership and find a place that could fix it.After inspecting my car, Naeem confirmed that the firewall was cracked, and that his shop would not be able to make the repair. He emailed me a description of the problem as well as a video of the problem in action. Since they were unable to fix my car, he did not charge me for the inspection, which was nice.Naeem then offered to call the Subaru dealership for me, as well as drive my car there so that it can be fixed. I usually have terrible luck dealing with the dealership and having a knowledgeable person talk to them, in my mind, would get the job done quicker and hopefully prevent any unnecessary repairs.Over the next few days, Naeem called frequently to update me on the situation with my car. After going back and forth with the dealership and SOA, he was able to get Subaru to completely foot the bill for the repairs. This saved me at least $2k worth of labor and repairs. Sweet.After Subaru finished the repairs, I had A+ do a review of my car and they were able to spot a few problems. Naeem sent over pictures of the issues and called to go over the importance of each one, so I could consider putting off the less important repairs. Since the cost was reasonable and they offered a two year warranty on the service, I decided to do them all at once. It's been a while, but my car now feels like it just rolled off the lot.Based on this experience, I have to give this place 5 stars for their customer service. Most shops will throw you out as soon as they realize they won't make any money off of you. A+ seems to realize the potential of repeat business, and went the extra mile for my situation. Although I live near San Francisco, I would make the drive to get my car serviced here from now on.

True story: my ignition locked so I called Justin at A+. After trying his suggestions, nothing seemed to work. So since I was in town, he sent a technician out to my car and he was able to unlock it. Did I mention that was at no charge? Who does that? 5 stars!

My sister and I have been going to a family friend to fix our car who has been doing a great job. But unfortunately they moved and so just recently another family friend said A+ Japanese does such a great job so we went to A+ Japanese to get our car fix. They were very knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. We thought they did an amazing job. Rob, Justin, and Naeem were very thorough and professional. We are very comfortable trusting our cars in their hands.
