The people at Japanese Auto Repair were fantastic. I called them on a Monday, made an appointment for Tuesday, and my car was ready by 3 PM on Tuesday. I dropped my car off and they Uber me home and send an Uber driver when the car was ready to be picked up. Everyone there was so helpful and kind. I highly recommend them!!

Took my old 90’s Mitsubishi here and asked for a full vehicle inspection, compression testing, and a coolant system inspection. They performed it pretty quickly and provided a report. They weren’t able to get conclusive findings for the coolant system report so they took the test off the bill. Good communication from service advisors.

Brought our 2016 Civic in for regular service last week. My son had noticed that the AC was making a hissing sound and wasn't working great, so we added that in. Bryan called a buddy at Anderson Honda and determined that the AC issue was under an extended warranty and Honda would replace the AC compressor free of charge. We were able to get the AC fixed the next day at Anderson. I really appreciate Bryan being proactive on our behalf, and going the extra mile to save us several hundred dollars. Communication at A+ is great, and they have quick turnaround for standard services.
