First time customer. Everything went well. Dropping the car off to when I picked it up was all good. They kept me informed and had the car ready when promised.

Super friendly staff. Easy to schedule the appointment. A+ fixed the tire air pressure light after several attempts at the Toyota dealer yielded zero results. It’s been a week and everything still works fine. Will be going here from now on for future maintenance and repair needs.

Honestly didnt expect to leave an auto shop feeling this good, but here we are. Brian took care of me from the moment he answered the phone all the way through picking up my car, professional, patient, and just genuinely helpful the whole way through. What really impressed me was the diagnostics. They photograph the car and the actual problem parts so everything is laid out clearly. No guessing, no vague explanations. Brian walked me through everything step by step and never made me feel rushed or in the dark. Hes the kind of person who makes you actually trust a shop. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!!! P.S. Oh and they offer complimentary Lyft rides up to 7 miles. Theyll arrange a ride from the shop to wherever you need to go, and coordinate your pickup back to the shop too. Such a thoughtful touch that made the whole experience even easier.

I brought the car in for differential oil, spark plugs, air filter, clutch maintenance and brakes. They did a thorough inspection and did the parts that were needed. This is the third time I have brought my 2017 WRX in and so far so good!

WOW. I don't see any Japanese people there but how I was treated as something I experience in Japan. The price was cheaper than the other places.
