I've never had such great customer service before. I called the shop weeks ago and first talked with Jason. I called asking for a quote to fix my car engine and understandable couldn't get a quote that easily since a lot of factors go into this. Jason was open to hearing my car issues i encountered when my car failed and started trying to diagnose over the phone possible car root causes that may not be the actual engine (I had 1 mechanic that had looked at my car previously and told me it was the engine so wasnt super sure at this point in time). On that first call, I could tell Jason is someone knowledgeable, kind and fair. Immediately i didn't want to call any other shops for quotes and wanted to take my car to A+ to get diagnosed to make sure it truly was the engine. A+ was able to confirm it was the engine and provide a quote. Quote was fair but cost more than the worth of the car so understandably wouldn't be worth it for me to proceed. Jason was nice and encouraged me to go to Kia dealership and fight for an engine since my car had known recalls for engine issues. On top of Jason's encouraging words, he was very nice to not charge me for a diagnostic fee since they were able to confirm quickly the engine being the issue. At this point in time, I am already overwhelmed by the great experience i have had thus far. As if this wasn't enough, Jason was understanding that the earliest service appointment I could get with Kia dealership was the week after. To prevent me having to do extra tows, Jason was extremely nice in trying to keep my car on the lot until the day I needed to tow it to get serviced. Honestly, I have never had such great service before from an auto repair shop. I can tell the other individuals that work there, like Justin, are also great, honest people. If I could give 10 stars I would. I towed my car off the lot yesterday and have Kia dealership now reviewing my car to see if my engine issues were related to the recalls and if so they have said they will pay for it. Thank you Jason and A+ Japanese team for making this unpleasant car experience of engine issues manageable.
