Excellent customer service. Follow-ups were a little slow, which caused a delay, but without serious consequence. Excellent work, while prices are prime, worth it to us.

Everyone that works here has top tier customer service. They make having work done on your car not only easy but absolutely stress-free. I’ve used their free uber/lyft ride service within a 5 mile radius before and it’s very convenient and easy, but this time I tried their free pick up and drop off of my vehicle and as a new mom of a baby this made my life SO much easier! Cannot recommend this place enough!

Insanely high diagnostic cost. What's worse is the labor fee for repairs. I went there to hire mechanics not a surgeon

Terrible experience.

Brought my car for diagnostic testing and repair estimate. Diagnostic was $256. And was supposed to tell me what was wrong and what was needed for repair. The shop called me and said more time was required for the diagnostic test. They contacted me twice and I ended up paying $ 690.and no results back. The service person recommended a replacement engine $ 12,000. So I got it back with no test results. I feel that the shop really screwed me over and should have given me a break in the charges. It was a waste of my time and money to have my car there. I will not be back.
