Elaine is best. She spoke to me like a human being, not a robot regurgitating a script. This made me feel like she actually cared about the specifics of my vehicle, not just a sheet of repairs to check off. She explained to me what the problem was. Elaine had already earned my trust, but this just emphasized more so that this place was trustworthy. Everyone I interacted at A+ Japanese Auto Repair was respectful. The quality of work on the vehicle was exceptional. I could tell they were very thorough and tested the vehicle well after they made the repair to ensure it was fixed. Every time I have brought my car in; A+ Auto has been very friendly and took care of my car quickly. I really appreciate their transparency and honesty.
