A Plus did a great job and got it done by the time I needed it. In the midst of moving, I scheduled an oil change and other repairs because I knew the auto shop would be hands off, capable and reliable. Communication with Katie was great and she went the extra mile to explain all the repairs in an easy to understand way and watched for traffic to help us get in and out of the shop. I appreciate their focus on reviewing a car's history through car fax, like how doctors look at my medical history, to inform whether or not a repair is due or can be done later. It feels like they care more about my car's well being more than I do, which is why I trust them. Lastly, I need to find cost savings where I can and I'm thankful they sent a coupon in the mail and found a way to save on labor costs. Pro tip: they service non-Japanese cars as well!
