Katie was great to work with! Fast responses and provides detailed explanations of what was needed for my car. When she was busy, her colleagues were eager to jump in and help. Wonderful service. When they complete their service, they provide a comprehensive report of what’s in good/bad condition with photos! Love that they show back up information on your car. When there’s something wrong, they provide a photo and a hyperlink to learn more about it. Super informative. Happy to find a reliable repair shop!

I cannot recommend A+ auto repair more highly. They were kind and thorough and talked me through all my options. They also took photos of everything in my car which will be a great reference point for next year

My experience with the team was amazing. Everyone acted so professionally. Strong communication from when I dropped the car to when I picked it up. They explained exactly what they were going to do what the cost would be for the repairs. They actually came in under the original estimate. I would highly recommend A+!!
