Despite moving up to SF I still make a point to take my 4runner down to see Rob and A+ for all my services. They have been my go to for the last 3 years and have always been friendly and helpful. I trust their recommendations and never feel pressured over their recommendations.If there were 6 stars they would have gotten them from me! They will get my car from 80k when i started with them to 400k miles I have no doubt!!

Great Service from Rob, great work from the mechanics and the most entertaining Complimentary shuttle service.These guys are amazingly efficient. For and estimated $145 including the inevitable oil change, there was a thorough check of my car addressing concerns I had about brakes and struts. My 2006 Prius has been a great car, but I realized my brakes were kind of soft; and there was a occasional squeaking noise that I thought might be my struts. Sure enough they caught all the details on photos including my cracked tires and sent them to me. My service person , Rob was very professional and explained the problems captured in the photos. He prioritized the needed repairs and gave me an estimate of the costs. Most impressively, a no guilt option to choose what I wanted fix,(keeping in mind I might have financial concerns). On the whole, A+ Japanese Auto repair performs far better service than I have ever received at any dealership. Parts, services and costs were all explained to me.. They even washed my dirty car, which I planed to have washed after the service. The complimentary shuttle service was really a treat. I had a blast talking to the shuttle driver on the way to work and back. They were funny and good natured with a great sense of humor. Everyone was Very personable, real, and nice.I am so impressed. It is nice to do business with a company where people really care about the work they produce, cooperate with one another and focus on doing an excellent job and do it in a timely manner.

I usually deal with Rob, who is friendly and makes me feel at ease, but whenever I've dealt with the other employees they've also always been super friendly and a pleasure to deal with. They go the extra mile when it comes to being considerate: whether that means staying open a little bit later if they know you're on your way in to pick up your vehicle, freely and happily screwing a license plate holder back to your bumper, or offering shuttle service when you drop off your car. I always leave this place pleased.

Our '99 Miata had a bunch of deferred and preventative maintenance pending, so we took it to A+ as we always do. And, once again, great service and trustworthy repairs. And the Miata liked it too; now it's driving like it's 1999.

Don't even think about it, don't stress it, go to A+. Justin was the absolute man, this guy treats auto service like he's preparing 4-course meals for the 1%. No pressure for additional services, Justin just laid out what he would do if it were his car, & when he would get it done. I was offered a ride from and to the shop, & they had my car done AHEAD of schedule. Next time I expect a massage, because that's the ONLY way the experience could improve.

Great customer service!! I had an appointment at 7:30AM and took my car in for an oil change. Since I was pressed for my time, I told them that I need to be out of there by 9AM due to another appointment. They took care of my car right away and finished by 8:40 (mechanics come in at 8AM).I will definitely take my car there again the next time it needs service.
