I came in to have my oil changed. Decided to sit at the office and wait. Being in customer service for over 30 years, I think I can truthfully judge that aspect of A-1! EXCEPTIONAL! Each phone call was received as if the customer was the most important people they knew! Now to Rob. As always top notch! And his ability to clearly change auto lingo to our lingo is amazing. The oil change was a short wait, and when I walked out they were washing my car, and putting some shinning stuff on my tires! A1 is one place that I will be sending lots of people. They provide photos of the affected parts of your vehicle in an e-mail so you can better deal with your particular issue.
