Out of frustration, I brought my 2003 Toyota Highlander (still a great car!) from Toyota 101 to A+. The only reason I brought it here was because I had seen the place where I was dogsitting nearby and took the dog for a walk. I noticed it because there wer a *lot* of cars (no pun intended) there. My engine light was on for something Toyota had fixed a year prior. Well, thanks to the car sleuths at A+, they found the issue and really worked with me with the solution. It wasn't a cheap fix, but I know if I had kept it at Toyota, it would've been probably twice the price. And it's not just about the price - it's really about trust. These guys are great with getting to the problem, finding the best solution and getting the job done and done well. And the customer service is stellar. Justin was absolutely on it with spelling out the problem, updates and everything good customer service should be. Plus, they're local...not a conglomerate. Given the pandemic, the more I can support good local vendors, the better. That's what a community does! I'm giving them a high recommendation.
